I am from APAC. i have a team but we played couple of rank tournament in my country and managedment to hit quaterfinals in those but after that players left the team and then somhow i managed to find some new players and then these players arent dedicated or motivated at all compared to me. and not coming to practises , scims and all. so we registered to a recent tournament and then they skipped the tournament at the last moment, now i need this advice from you, when i am recruiting new players how to check them whether they have dedication and sacrifice that they have to put on to the team because i have good support from my org. we have the 1st ever radiant player in my country as my coach he has good experience in tier 2 cs and also best lan valorant player represent my country so i need to know when i am taking new players what are the qualities i should look in to waiting for your reply thanks

The smoke extension is something underrated I don't see enough controllers do. It has it's time and place though i don't know how to feel when i get shunned by my teammates for throwing a smoke like that. I get shunned for even throwing a site smoke that helps them survive until retake, weird stuff. Loved the vid, fav map in the current pool!

I don't get the math, at the start of the round you won way a main, the smoke main when they push threw the one-way and you use the 3rd smoke on site, I know the smoke regenerate but do they regenerate that fast?

8:27 I don't agree with this take. The smoke on tree is 100% more important having first than the smoke on heaven even if the smoke on heaven will come a bit later. This is very important for execs because u will get caught in a crossfire while scaling up to site. Usually it goes smoke tree > blind gen > smoke heaven if your pacing is fast OR smoke tree > smoke heaven > blind gen if your exec is a bit slower). I can't think of a scenario where I will be smoking heaven first regardless if I have a paranoia or not. The smoke on heaven doesn't prevent jett or kay/o pop flash runouts. It will only have value when you got site control as it deprives them information so they will spend util to clear close corners.
