This worked! I had a jumping idle since last winter. This year it just got too annoying because it wouldn’t go away until I started driving for a while. Between a guy at a car meeting letting me know what was wrong and your instructions, I got it done in under an hour just taking my time and struggling a bit with that top hose. Thanks!

Why do you need to bleed the system? What if you just let the car run until it burps the potential pockets of air?

Hey Bro, I Hope you can explain this to me? When I drive my prelude after sometime the Engine light goes on. But when I turn the car off and on again then the Engine Light doesn‘t turn on. The engine is working fine doesn’t stutter or have any other problems like loss of performance or something else. I was at a mechanic but the scanner didn’t show any problem. It’s an 1997 Honda Prelude BB9

Brother, I’ve been having that issue for a whole year and nothing new with the thermal valve. It had nothing to do with the idle air control valve and once I replaced every single thing, the knock sensor code was the only thing that popped up. I literally just bought one and I’m going to install it when I get home. I know your frustration, brother. I got a nice Paul Walker paint job our 34 and then this happened and I’m like great and the H22 is very sensitive.

So I'm going to look at a 1991 honda prelude soon. And the guy mentioned the car not shifting out of park withou the override key. I was wondering if this replacement will help?

I think you missed the reservoir for the clutch master cylinder. Can you tell me which one you had purchased?
