Riding The Line
United States
เข้าร่วมเมื่อ 13 ม.ค. 2019
We made this film to explore what our passions and gifts could do in service to the kind of world that we want to live in. We aren’t policy experts. We’ve never been through the experience of immigration ourselves.
We believe in pursuing passion. We believe in sharing story. We believe the world’s a little bit better when we show compassion to people in moments of need.
This is a film about the shared values, pursuit of passions, and ultimately a fundraiser for work that we really believe in. Our hope for this project is that it inspires you to think about what you can do to make the world a more loving place and that it raises funds to support the good work Voices from the Border is doing.

Good job broski. Love the amount of curiosity you included alongside your riding. My uncle is a big time trail rider and I love him to death, despite his views on politics and the state of the world being questionable and super aggressive. I ride with him more than anyone, but it’s definitely a difficult roadblock. It’s unfortunate that the border BS has been blown out of proportion. It’s lowkey silly. Disgusting that people blame low class hard labor immigrants on the housing crisis, and displacement crisis. Humans are humans, and I think reading up on the concept of statism will help you on your journey!
Hey everyone, thank you so much for your support of this project. It has has been an honor to work with Voices From The Border and promote their work through this effort. While Dawson certainly took us on an incredible adventure, his call to compassion as a North Star is what we hope will resonate with anyone who views this film. The world is simply a better place when it is a more compassionate place. There are many ways to live this out, and while this crazy bike ride looks really cool on video, the real work happens in the hands of the compassionate, and it takes resources. Please consider supporting an effort near you where the work of compassion needs more resources, and please consider supporting the work of Voices From the Border at the link in the video description. Thank you again to all who have viewed, shared, and reached out to us directly about this film. We appreciate you deeply! -Gage Hamilton Producer and Director
“Compassion is a good North Star to go to.” What a solid sentiment. This is such a beautiful and compelling work to highlight such a pertinent issue as immigration. Well done y’all. And what a ride!
thanks for watching, Jesse! appreciate the thoughtful feedback
Thank you Jesse! It has kinda become our Mantra around here
I freakn hate entitled road Karens...
Yeah, that first black truck with the horn was extremely rude, it seemed staged. Some drivers just feel like the road belongs to them
