I wanted to see Winch Woman bite the grouse! Happy to see your positive attitudes, love of nature and well maintained serious equipment. Work can be fun, eh?
Cool trip, awesome that you found some spots to explore and camp with no people or park gates. I expected more obstacles. The footage of the dust getting blasted across the flats was awesome!
Cool to see the goats at 2:24! Is this from the Rockies on your way back home or in the Yukon? The trees and vegetation look different. Edit: I figured out where it is! :)
Thank you Yeah I wasn’t sure if I could get to the summit, but I had a minute or 2 left when I came back my launch area 🙂 I may fly it again for a better line
Man, you've got those warm hands covered - I was practically wrestling with frozen fingers trying to land yesterday! Where'd you snag those hand warmers? And it seems they don't mess with your signal - nice move! By the way, major props on the epic wilderness shots... loving the wheels you're rolling with, perfect for tackling those terrains. Brother, soak it in! Freedom's the real deal.
Hey, had another rad flight! What's the range looking like this time? How much juice did you burn through? I'm guessing it's rocking the Li-Ion 8000 mAh, Fullsend vibes. Noticed that jello effect, pretty intense... any idea what's causing it? Heard Helion's got a vibration dampener, so that shouldn't be happening, right?
Still testing range and battery capacity It was its first flight, not sure what caused the vibes but it’s gone now Battery is 5600 lipo Best so far was 8 km round trip with 500m climb at 12 minutes in -25C and 2-3 minutes remaining
Give the Li-ion 8000 mAh battery a shot, and you're looking at around 25 minutes of flight time. Just the other day, I cruised about 11.5 km (500 m climb), and I only tapped into around 50% of the battery juice (8000 mAh, "Fullsend") @@freepilot1019
Maybe 2-3 minutes after putting it on the charger and seeing the voltage remaining . I assume in warm weather I could likely get a solid 20 plus minutes if watching throttle inputs
@@freepilot1019Man I'm really looking forward to seeing what this new unit will capture, I'll get to see the Yukon mountains before I can make it out there, pretty exciting :)
Awesome footage and some good flight time for a cautious maiden flight. I especially like the ridge line at 4:15 when you're casually cruising along and break off hard and bee line down, very cool sequence. Would be very great on a big jagged ridge.
Glad I watched this one on the big screen, there's a LOT of detail to be seen! Were you far enough from the airport in Whitehorse to get above the 500m ceiling? It looks like you flew quite high above the valley in the shots of the first peak.
Always amazes me how quickly these things climb, then descend. While a 6 minute flight sounds super short compared to a mavic or mini, the amount of terrain filmed is massive. Good to see this mountain filmed in sunny weather, too.
Man that was very good! I like the combo of the calm river, smooth relaxed flying, low sun and the music. Everything fits in perfectly. I really like the low shot through the trees, totally awesome.
How hard was it to keep your bearings in all that white through the goggles? You really have the vibrations/interference dialed in terms of video stability, it's so smooth it looks like this was filmed with a phantom. A very fast phantom!
Hey Bud, just an ironic heads up and how sometimes we don't realize how AI works. I was listening to a nostalgic song for grace and I, right now and oddly it continued on with your drone video. The previous song was Chess piece by Faye Wong. Go figure. Two odd genres matched seamlessly.
Good wood haul and some good comedy thrown in! Looks like you guys had a great time out getting some work done🙂

@@emersoncoatsworth1873 glad you enjoyed, a little comedy and light work makes for a good day out 🙂
Is this with a gopro or just the onboard video? Quality and colors are really good!

@@Gyppor that clip was pretty wild thanks! I did get some grit into the machine but it flew fine after that
What size? 67?

nice looking plane.
That was exciting near the end, nice job. Hope you get it dialed in and share a few more videos.
Love this! ❤
spirit lake, Emerald lake, bennet lake and nares lake. very nice video, lets head out to Tutshi this summer you can get 50 or 60 goats and some bears.
Man that was a lot of elevation gain, a good face to fly with lots of rock lines too. 2 thumbs up 🙂
Where are we?
Somewhere in the Yukon Canada
🤯

Always link these to play on my tv, amazing!
That's a looooong range. Man, what a flight. 👍

awesome! thanks for the views. I am gonna put it on my tuesday live stream!! Thanks!
That is some crazy flight time, really gives you time to cruise around leisurely. How much capacity was left in reserve after that flight?

So serene
I somehow missed this one, it's nice to see the backcountry is still accessible this late in the season. Timber looks like he had a good time :-)
I used the tracking mode on this one, I was solo and had the radio on the seat and hoped for the best

yes I was able to reach the max limiter in this region of 1000m. i will fly this again with FPV machines

Very nice - where is this?
Cariboo.Chilcotin, Farwell canyon
Sick location! Nice flight!

I am always stunned by the scale. It's something beyond my comprehension.
Cliff faces carved vertical by giant knives
Spirit Canyon. I hiked to it last time.

Thanks Man. Loved getting out even at near -20C. This film was stabilized in post
PRetty rough flight in that wind but the view is worth it. Stunning. 😍
Yes it was!, I could have stabilized it but there is something I like about RAW footage like that. This was in the Yukon!
Skittles shreds the alpine once more!!!!!!! It's a great day! Nice flight, 6 minutes sounds short but a lot of terrain can be covered in that time!
Looks so crystal clear. Beautiful. 👍
Thank You. I am just getting back into flying. Hoping to catch some bigger terrain soon

cool flight
cool flight, this is on my bucket list to fly.
just make sure its not in climbing season, do a pre flight if need be. I think overall climb was about 900m from take off, but could be mistaken.
Cool ice river
I see your Phantom is back in order. 👍 Cool footy.
Thank you, yes just changed all the props after the last tangle with the brush. Did a test flight at home and finally got the film was after.
Beautiful 😍 Snow is long gone in my area. I am not even sure it was here. It's great to see it's beauty. ❤
BEautiful. 😍 Easy going.
Love that one! :-)
All that snow. 😍
its a big year for snow!
