Je n'ai pratiqué ensuite que le taïchi décrit.Dans la campagne, que vous faites les enchainements,seul, avec seuls les oiseaux et que vous finissez les mouvements, vous être vraiment détendu, et en accord avec la nature, c'est merveilleux de bien-être physique et mental. (Seul on fait l'art-martial, mais si quelqu'un nous observe, ce sera la gymnastique). J'ai acquis le livre du grand-Maître JAMES K O U. Ici c'est 108 pas

That second routine is interesting… seems like a condensed version of the long form that eliminates many repetitive movements. Is that Ban Hou style also? His grasp birds tail posture looks like Yang Chengfu version.

If this really was from Ban Hou, most of the inner methods got lost or were not transmitted. The corpse is pretty much dead.. sad to see that they don't know how Taichi used to work...

the written instructions are really valuable and an excellent guide. By reading these script, i have fixed several flaws and, more importantly, i have more understanding of each movememt purpose that improves a lot of my flow.

Nice effort but I am very concerned about his rear knee alignment and it collapsing in. If you look at other older ultra-low frame Banhou vids these practitioners (incl Jia Anshu lineage) the rear knee with full body weight on it are in a much stronger and long term safer alignment ..

Hi there, I been in Handan city with master Wang from Handan university.

An interesting sword form, made all the more so for getting photo bombed by a little kid on a scooter. She must be very confident in the practitioner's skills.

I had heard of this, but never seen it before. My highest level Sifu's husband told me that she would go to her Sifu's house at midnight to learn this and other techniques. He primarily taught Hao style and was said to be very good at Hsing-I.

Her tai chi is about as perfect as I've ever seen. This has been an extremely useful reference for my own practice. The video is blurry enough that until reading the comments today I couldn't tell if this was a male or female. I mean no criticism of this video in that, I mean her movement has a kind of purity that transcends gender. And it's crazy how her postures match YCF so closely.

THIS IS REALLY GOOD! This gentleman's structure and alignment never fail, and his hands don't "die" throughout. There are also marked similarities with the Wu style Tai-Chi, (or should I say Wu style has similarities with this version of Yang style.) This vid is a gold nugget, so I am subbing in hopes of finding more like it.
