mace max cloak pet = consistently triggering anti-cheat, surely this is balanced! My phase 5 at the beginning was really sloppy, I only lived cause I got lucky with his triple dash and Riposte combo. Was going for deathless, this was the best I got and my first-ever actual Sword solo on Carn. Gave up on doing a no-death simply because I didn't want to have to deal with learning the funeral combo. I was attempting no-hit runs with Sword but it was tremendously boring and this was the closest I got. Hit twice by one Solar Tear at around 750k. Honestly gave up after this, no-hit melee on Hyper is so boring cause all your opportunities for DPS are based on combo string RNG. What a run. Can't believe I got a funeral combo cancel. Not happy about the fact that I dodged life-burn by resetting on Fatal Howl, I just really did not want to risk my run after 5 days of grinding Carnellio. (Later found out through Cloak that I would've died to his consecutive slashes before I would be affected by life-burn, this is a real solo then, yippee!) Fun boss, but wow, grinding it ...

Evil British pet makes this fight easy, should honestly probably be nerfed. If it gets nerfed I'll probably do this solo again with the Cloak pet. Nothing is too bad when it comes to dodging except Shining Spiral in phase 2. The hardest part about no-hit runs for Hyperbole is phase 3 combo string RNG. My biggest run killer was Death Periphery into Meteoric Rush which is very hard to dodge. I actually rarely lost a run to Meteor Shower RNG and didn't use a pet for a little extra challenge. I don't recommend trying this tbh, especially not as a melee class.
