LNEYA Thermo Refrigeration Co., Ltd. specialized in the Industrial Chiller, Industrial Refrigerator, Multi-reactor Chiller (TCU), Battery Motor/Semiconductor Temperature Testing System and Ultra-low Temperature Chiller. The temperature control range of the product is wide, and the -152°C~350°C can be perfectly realized.

GD Sereies New Energy Battery Temperature Flow Test Chamber
High and low temperature test chamber for power battery samples, currently mainly used in the new energy battery industry, can directly complete high and low temperature charging and discharging, or high and low temperature storage and other functions for battery cells or modules, PACK in the test chamber. The battery test chamber adopts an upper and lower double-layer chamber design, and the chamber contains an antifreeze battery cooling system; the chamber door and pressure relief port are equipped with explosion-proof chains; the chamber adopts a full stainless steel and fully welded design to meet the storage requirements of 0.5m fire water.
The chamber insulation layer is designed to be 100mm thick, and is composed of insulation materials with low thermal conductivity and high-temperature resistant materials, which can meet the long-term high and low temperature impact requirements of -40℃ to 100℃; each chamber surface is installed with an explosion-proof pressure relief port, which automatically releases pressure when sensing overpressure; the refrigeration system of this device adopts frequency conversion control, combined with hot air and electric heating control algorithms, to save energy by more than 200%.
