I can't don't think that this car could be effective as racing slotcar. I explain, meanwhile Mini 4wds and RCs use to face the same problems of realcars in terms of handling, using differentials and wings to have more grip and run faster in corners, slotcars sustantially generate grip only with rear tyres, so, reducing the resistant forces may be more important than increasing grip

How do they handle? My sister loves beetles and I want to get her one of these, but I also don’t want her to be at a drastic disadvantage when racing my other cars. I know I can detune my other cars via SmartRace, but I have them all right where I want them.

Its been months that ive been trying to find a NASCAR Spec for daytona or superbird! Ima use it for not slot car reasons but this is the exact thing ive been trying to find and im so excited.

Awesome looking track with borders all the way around it. Looks very fun, but I'll never understand why anyone would put a dedicated crossover track in their layout. It just kills side by side racing, which is what I love the most, and the people in my group have no problem crashing on their own. Lol

These Torino's were raced from 1969 to 1971. Petty was a one year wonder for Ford having come from Plymouth because he couldn't get a Superbird or Dodge Daytona. After kicking Mopar butt for 1969 Plymouth promised him a ride for 1970 in a Superbird.

James Hylton was the original / real driver of the gold 48 Torino Talladega. I guess that Carrera didn't want to pay royalties for using his name.

Hello, I have this car in the yellow livery and it has bad front end shaking, especially at slower speed. Have you noticed this? I took off the body and I think it might be a design flaw. I would love your opinion about your own car, as it's hard for me to really tell from the video if it has front end shake, thank you.

I wish Carrera had stronger magnets 🧲 so the cars can stay on the track like AFX Racetrack Set. AFX stay on the track like superglue. However Carrera cars are more beautiful to look at as models. I have the 124 BMW M1 collection and it looks 👀 nice🍷
