I would Assume that start after the tutorial races but I could be wrong

chances are maybe but mostly no do to and this is my idea on how they would they would have to add the steam workshop into the game and make it so people can get mods from that they could but would take a long time and would have to do a lot of changes for the modding system

I found the breaking bad easter egg it’s a bit farther up the swamp near the ramp! It does has a certain chance of spawning, but it’s an RV with BlueTide outside of it, with an un enterable interior, if you glitch inside using creative mode you can find hazmat suits and chemistry gear.
Oh i just found it i thought it was something the Teardown discord made up because i didn't think teardown would actually add it lol

so far i am noticing a lot of characters require you to be the game or at least do a lot of missions for some of the characters on the campaign pc
If you do find more Characters pls comment locations so more people can find them
