New idea for a first attack team against Odin-Illumanti in Cosmic Crucible. The goal is to take out CB and then clean up afterwards. Shuri is forced to attack SK on turn 1 which prevents her stripping the BK charges. They then do a ton of work.
This attack had bad RNG because Dorm special went into BK which then prevented him from being able to cleanse Shadow King (who cant get trauma or stun) and heal up with Safeguard, Immunity and Speed Up but it still got the job done.
This team feels like it will be really good against non-Dorm versions because they won't have the Dorm trauma stun nor be able to flip buffs through his passive. Against Black Bolt, new Emma Frost might be better than Hercules because of her team-wide defence up on spawn and on special to mitigate BB passive damage. However she is a liability against Dorm passive.
Ideally if BK doesn't get stunned you want to try and take out both CB and Shuri to make cleanup very easy.
I think the placement needs to be changed though. You don't want Apoc counterattacking Shuri special and getting stunned. You want her to get hit by 2 BK retaliates like CB. It may be that Apoc doesn't do enough on this team anyway because he didn't actually survive to his ult. That would probably be different against a non-Dorm team though where he isn't getting his defence up and immunity flipped.
I will test this further next week.
