Hello sir, My current age is 32, i have been doing weight training in gym from past ten years,but due to long and very poor sitting postures , i was recently diagnosed with the begining of cervical spondolysis, my sympotms are pain and stiffness in the neck and upper back, i want to know whether i can continue my weight training in gym if i add neck stretches and strnegthening exercises as told by you, gym is my temple and it really hurts bad as many online info is saying u cannot go to the gym,can i continue to live a normal life if i take care of my posture and nexk ? Somebody help me with advice....I had neck problem I side of my ear and eye...I was in pain so much I can't sleep...and 2 weeks ago until now I feel like somethings in side my brain like maggot eating my brain ...I use pain killers but not working....the somethings continues eating my brain....this problem I visited many doctors....but all doctor checked my ear only and tell me my ear is okay......and they told me that it only reaction maybe about my brain......this morning I wake up..I feel the same problem.....and another doctor booking me to go MRI after 2 weeks...and my strution is really not good in my head

Hello doctor really great full for providing very useful information regarding trigeminal neuralgia. I am suffering right sided trigeminal neuralgia since last 5 years.on and flare and quesent period s were there,was on carbmazipine 1 twice a day. Since last 1 month severity is so much that i can not eat, difficulty in talking.pain is in tolerable .rt now i am taking carbamazipine 400mg 3 times a day+gabapentin 200 mg 3 times a day even than pain remained under partial control for 5 to 6 hours. I hope you will give me a further guidance to relieve a this debilitating pain. Regards

You must take Vit D supplement with K2 and Magnesium Glycinate. You will never get enough from sun exposure alone unless you are a surfer in Mexico. Always have your levels tested to check blood levels.
