Hi, I’m from Lagos Nigeria. I have used this brand ones 15.36kwh since last month and it has been okay. However, I used a 100amps MPPT on it two units for 24 solar panels of 400watts each. Did I over size the battery or is just so good. Remember, each controller controls 12solar panels each in series of 3 parks. Thank you

Did you connect in series or parallel boss ? Because it seem you have a genuine concern and needs help and I don’t know if you contacted head office technical team for assistances. Because we always inform our customers that in series, you need balancing and if it’s not done correctly then you will have difficulty and series for 12v should be just 4pcs to get 48v, not more than 48v. However, we strongly advise to avoid lapses in series connection when not balanced properly with a balancer, go for the parallel connection or instead of 12v series, simply get the 24v or 48v 100Ah/200Ah/300Ah or 350Ah recommendable.

We, as a PV System installer, sold 16 Blue Carbon batteries. Different types. 4 pieces 12V 100Ah, 4 pieces 12V 150 Ah and 8 pieces 12V 200AH. All clients are not happy at all. The problem is the batteries are not balanced. So when one cell is fully charged the BMS shut off the charging while the other cells are still not fully charged. The result is that all batteries perform under the promised capacity. Blue Carbon support is really bad. Don't buy these batteries. Its real bad quality
