ianchoucheng450 I wonder if it is coarse salt which has been coloured red. Nasty-looking. I do not like that thing on the plate the beef is served in - some kind of a leaf or piece of bark? Funny recipe - never seen tomato ketchup and evaporated milk used in Mongolian beef before. Just my opinion.
