Hello mam my mother is narcissist and i realised it after my fathers death .she continuesly blames me for everything.now i m married and my spoce supports me and healso knows about my mother,due to this she does not like my spouse and blames me for choosing wrong guy .i have my job here in my mothers place .i want to take transfer and want to get out from this and live a happy life with my husband and his family..but again my father is dead and i am the only child so i am not able to go no contact..please help me.i dont know what to do.

I'm 17 . And I'm depressed. Because of my mother! She is narcissist. I can't explain what I'm going through rn. My mom dad doesn't live together i live with my mom. And if i try to tell anyone about how she is emotionally abusing me no one will believe because in front of outsider people she is a totally different person. I watched so many youtube videos i tried those solutions but sometimes nothing works. Right now I'm not even able to type properly my body is shaking. Idk wht to do . I'm not able to focus on my studies sometimes i feel like i should kill myself maybe this is the solution. She always blames me for everything literally everything. Even for those things which is her fault. I need help. Please help me. I can't take it anymore. I tried everything i even tried to do exactly what she wants but still she always finds something to say very roughly. I can't even tell here what kind of things she says to me. She even use very very very bad language is someone hear it then they won't believe that a mother is saying this to her own daughter. Please tell me what to do . I'm totally broken. I'm depressed. Among all three main character Rahul Anjali and Tina.. This is only Anjali (Kajol) who talked about unrealistic fairly tale.. In her late 40s...She apologies in an interview that she wouldn't have played such character where a student leave his or her study for infatuation... And would not have changed her clothing sense...i would have worn track pants with sports jacket in second half of the movie.... I was happy after watching her interviews... But at the same time that i ruined my state of mind for many years by watching her self sabotaging character in this movie.
