looks like a good exercise
I get some hip discomfort when doing heavy squats, feel like it's weak+tight hip flexor on the 1 side. Started cranking these out a couple weeks ago, got a good pump immediately, hoping after a few months it'll strengthen and I wont have the same discomfort anymore. I feel like the hip flexor is the rotator cuff of the lower body, no?
