This was my first pass after installing the 93 octane tune. I've since modified some of the parameters and can't tell a major improvement from the stock 5.3. I won't list everything I changed unless someone asks. Definitely worth the money. I realize this is a short video but I think it is pretty cool. I've also had the truck Speedo maxed out.
I want to ask you can a tune make the motor sound louder

How my tahoe won't burn rubber at all
I turned traction control off by pressing it once then pressing and holding for a few seconds, can’t really remember it’s been a while. Then held the brake just enough where it wouldn’t roll while I was giving it gas. The rear breaks will still be engaged so it’s terrible for the brake pads. Once I got the tires hot and slick enough I let off the break and floored it. This truck had a Diablo tuner on it set on the 93 tune.

What have you changed? And what gears do you have? My 11 wont do a burn out if its life depended on it.

I have the intune i3 with an exhaust and my truck don't burn rubber like that. I'm also running 33×10.5 but still that's bad ass.

I'm curious, and I know I dont drive a wicked fast truck, but I'm just curious what a 2012 Chevyv 1500 4x4 with some minor up upgrades would run in the 8th. Pretty much, It has a a Diablo sport in-tune programmer, K&N cold air intake, some A/C Delco Iridiumn plugs and 93 octane . I tinker with the parameters on the tune but I don't think I'm helping at all. If anyone has any tips please feel free to hep me out. Thanks, Ryne
93 Octane tune on the older trucks gave gains of around 20-30. A little quick than stock down the track but not by much, adjusting the shift points and pressures would do more for trap speed than messing with timing and fueling without extensive logging. The 93 Diablo tune already has a lot of changes and improvements that you can't see because they aren't an option for you to change. Heads, cam, exhaust will land you somewhere around 400 on 93 octane depending how big you go, also rearend gearing and suspension play a huge role in off the line acceleration.
