DSR Builders: Addressing Current Issues and Seeking Resolution When we purchased our apartments, the sales team informed us that five borewells were installed. However, according to government norms, only two borewells are in place. Unfortunately, one of these has already dried up due to overuse by the builder, and they are now refusing to provide a third borewell to resolve the issue. Despite collecting two years of advance maintenance fees, the builder is using our funds to purchase two water tankers daily instead of installing a third borewell to permanently fix the problem. Additionally, the builder is refusing to transfer our power connection from HT (High Tension) to LT (Low Tension). They claim that all reputed builders use HT connections due to fewer power outages, but this was not disclosed during the purchase. Consequently, we apartment owners are paying a minimum of Rs.500/- more per month for HT, which we were not informed about beforehand. When we raise these concerns with the builder, they respond with threatening emails, indicating they will file defamation cases over our strong language rather than addressing our frustrations and lack of transparency. How can we resolve these issues, which are fundamental requirements for our living conditions?

A polite comment before asking for answers to my question. When you mention of a property in the Vlog the minimum info expected are the location (some specificity), the Area of the unit, number of units, the plot area, amenities if any, and the current status of the unit (ready to move or ETA completion). This level of minimum info will filter the interested parties down to seriously interested and drop off the unwanted callers and save you your time. I am interested if units are available, and would like to know the following details before the initiating a conversation. 1. Sahakara Nagar is a very wide area, and without a reference to a Prominent landmark, hard to place the location. Therefore, Can you provide the location of this property and preferably the address. 2. Number of units in the complex, total area of the plot, the sq ft area of the unit, the number of bed rooms & their sizes. 3. Current state of the unit - Ready to occupy / age / ETA availability. By providing these details at a minimum you will save yourself unnecessary calls, time, and a high chance of converting the incoming calls to a closure potentially. Just my 2 cents comment.
