great video. I have a question - is it possible that I gave someone access to my computer's desktop, when I was only sending a specific file that was located there? during a zoom meeting, I sent someone a PDF file as a private chat message. it seemed like I sent this specific file (it appeared with the name of the file and the icon of PDF). but when I clicked to open it, the entire folder of my desktop appeared. I went back to my desktop, and moved the file to another folder. then I went back to the chat and clicked again on the file that I sent - it didn't open. a note appeared, saying that "the file has been removed". the note even included the path to my desktop! I only removed the file from my private desktop, in my private computer. how is this possible?

this option seems to have been disabled without warning - even on my pro account :(

I want to take this opportunity to thank all of the people who have been putting in extra hours during this time reaching out to clients, creating tutorials, listening to reporter feedback and accommodating us all. I cannot imagine all the hard work and number of hours you all have put in to make this a less anxiety-ridden time. I think I speak on behalf of many reporters when I say, "Thank you for doing this for us!" I am proud to work for Gallo for this very reason!
