Gent Rushi is an Albanian Jazz musician. He is one of the main representatives of Albanian Jazz. He is an accordionist pianist, composer, arranger and leader in many Jazz projects in Albania and beyond. He starts studying music 4 years old, and has completed full studies in classical music and Jazz. He is the first Jazz Professor at the University of Arts in Tirana, the main co-founder of the Jazz Department. He has been playing on many national and international stages for 20 years. Participated in many Jazz Festivals in Europe and Asia. Composes music for cinema and theater. He is the band leader in many TV Shows watched in Albania. He contributes to the education of young Jazz musicians.
