There are tons of old Silver Shadows here in Southern California that can be purchased very reasonably. And if they've been here from the beginning they are generally rust free. It's just harder to find reasonably priced independent shops that work on them. Corniche coupe would be my choice.

This looks like a very clean and unmolested GT4. Will it receive a speedo dial conversion to MPH? I'm surprised that it gained an MOT while still running a Japanese KMH speedo.
Speedos can be either mph or KPH for MOT. Clocks should be left as they are to keep it standard, you can install dash mounted HUD speedos which is what I have for both my JDM imports
