The reason Force Auxiliary ships are carriers instead of dreads is because carriers used to be the whole package: fighters, boosts, reps, and triage modules. It wasn't so much that FAuxes were added as it was that the basic carriers were split in two. When the update went live, any carrier that still had a triage module fit was converted into a FAux of the corresponding race. Also, fighters used to be big drones with a few gimmicks and part of the carrier bonuses involved fielding more drones. This led to the development of an oppressive fleet strategy wherein massed, spider-tanking carriers each fielding a dozen or so sentry drones used drone assist to deliver perfectly timed alpha strikes at extended ranges and rep any incoming damage. This situation precipitated the changes to drone assist (limiting to 50 drones max), the rework of fighters (fighter tubes, squads, etc), and the splitting of carriers into combat carriers and FAuxes. So yes, FAuxes act like logi dreads rather than carriers, but they're included in the carriers because they fill a role that used to be a carrier role which was considered important, but which was demonstrated to be abusive in combination with the carrier's offensive capabilities at the time.

How's the loot and isk paid out for a "fleet" (2 or more players) doing missions, incursions, etc?

Hi - 2 things about your explanation of the Cloak / MWD trick: 1- I wouldn't align to your next gate, because you don't want to go gate-to-gate. Go to a ping or safe instead, like you said earlier in this video. 2- Drop your cloak when your SPEED is about 3/4 of max. There's a little white line on the bar. Often, this requires a full cycle of your MWD. Your screenshot shows the right thing, you say the wrong one. Bonus on the last point: I'm 90% sure the trick needs an over-sized MWD. If your ship normally takes a 5MN, use a 50MN. I don't think a normal-sized MWD has the oomf to get there in time.

thank you, very helpful. Could you please expand on sec status. How does it impact logi pilots when they repair people that are engaged in criminal stuff like attacking ships and blowing up pods, from what i understand logi pilots get certain timers, do they suffer sec status penalties aswell?

My plan is to build Walking in Stations in frontier. If that's not possible the plan is to program turrets that self replicate and kill everything they see until it's the only smart assembly left and transform everything into grey goo. 😊

I played it, its not fun. Its literally just EVE Copy and pasted, but with all the content ripped out and crypto crap injected in with some vague crpytobro brainrot idea that players will enjoy a game thats all about camping fuel spawns and scaming themselves out of eth "Fully customizable items" is also a sham, its just advanced permission that EVE already has, but now every time you want to make a change in permissions for ships/stations you have to burn crypto to do the changes. The real customizable items is the RNG crypto akin to abyssal mutators for modules, except instead of burning a mutaplasmid someone gets as a drop, you burn crypto to craft the item and pray that you get a good result. But hey, you might break even if you roll a god gun I guess. But really, the game itself blows, everything costs fuel to do, and the more advanced your ship is, the more fuel you burn. This makes the game inherently pay 2 win because fuel is tied to how much EVE Token you're willing to burn for the privilege of mining more.

Eve vanguard is already dead in the water. Now Eve Frontier? Are they joking ? They can’t even explain how the gameplay will be in the trailer. But I believe they will try to do a Mir game .

I'm very torn about this one... On the one hand, the "survival"-"base building" nature has me super interested. On the other, I just can't see how blockchain technology "makes better game" and doesn't make it super icky feeling... However, I completely agree that CCP's previous attempts suggest that they will screw this up immeasurably. I just wish they would focus on including cool new game ideas into the single shard universe we already have. For instance, how about base building for PI? Just one thought of many... I still hold hope for Vangaurd, but it's much less than it was 6 months ago....

Made plenty of mistakes in Eve uni and never had any backlash. “Meh, we are all here to learn” is the worst you can expect.

Here are the real things you need to do before starting Eve Online... 1) Make sure you have your blood pressure under control... 2) Start taking anger management classes... 3) Quit your job because Eve is a full time job... 4) Dump your wife or girlfreind to bypass the constant nagging you're going to get for playing all the time... 5) Sell a kidney for all the skill injectors you're going to want... BONUS ADVISE.. Always remember that Eve is designed to be cut-throat, it has attracted the biggest A-Holes in gaming, highly toxic, and it's a badge of honor to screw over your fellow players in any way that you can... On the plus side, it's got the deepest strategy and is the most challenging of any game, especially if you take on the ultimate challenge of succeeding in the game solo without joining a corp... Been a Capsuleer for a few years, but never took learning the game mechanics seriously. I AM taking these lessons seriously so thank you for the education. You deserve many more likes and comments.

I love the graphical artifacts they add to simulate atmospheric or photographic effects, like lens flare effects or the "godrays" peeking around asteroids and wrecks as starlight shines past them.

In one of the recent updates the planet graphics have been improved. They look awesome in my pictures!

I actually like the variety of stations and warp gates I come across in different parts of space.
