I hope you got a ton of pain meds...and not just Advil. It looks good, though.
@TheresaONeill-ze3jb oh yea they give good pain meds but they caused more migraine issues so I ended up taking Excedrin every 6 hours instead because it actually helped
How old are you? and what kind of condition did you have, to have that procedure?
@hrrf2184 I am 36 years old and I have Ehlers danlos syndrome along with a handful of other things but that's the connective tissue disorder that caused me to need this surgery.

@user-fx5ny3zp9r I really hope so, both eyebrows are still basically frozen because the nerves have to heal. I get the hairline stitches out tomorrow so I am going to ask the surgeon

They are such great kids even going through these teenage years lol
I used to take my kids to the library several times a week. 72 degrees I wish it was that here. It has been over 100 degrees all summer. Yesterday it felt nicer with low humidity. I am so read for cooler temps. Mason could make his own chocolate milk with Fairlife milk which is what I drink and some hershey's syrup. I like the Alani cosmic stardust but like the mimosa, breeze berry and Tropcicle the best. The peach one is not bad either.
We are loving the cooler Temps here, Mason does enjoy the chocolate almond milk but the real stuff is so much better he says. We will have to try the fair life
Bless your heart. Hope all went well and your are doing better. Hospital food has gotten better it seems. I was in the hospital in 2010 for a week very sick and the food was really good. I like your little board and spoon.. cute.
I am definitely doing better and better but the surgery is my 4th one in the last 5 months. The hospital menu hasn't changed at all so I know what options I like and the ones that aren't the best. The tiny board and spoon made my stay so much more fun
It's helpful that your kids are old enough to help you clean and cook too. I wish I had someone to help me at times. My daughter lives way across town and my son is 14 hours away. Take care and don't over do it Sarah.
When I go home to Virginia I try and eat at every place that was around growing up and is still opened. I took my kids when we were there in 06 when my Mom passed away. Whoa that burgers is huge. I would take 2 bites and be full lol.

Yes I did add 1 packet taco seasoning per pound meat

I love Rhodes rolls. I usually get them at Thanksgiving and Christmas for the dinner table. I like what you did with the rolls. May try that at Christmas. My kids will like these. I don't know if you seen I'm doing another fall collab on the 23rd.. Just letting you know if you like to participate if your up to it. I have been feeling bad for around 2 months because of Fibromyalgia kicking my butt but starting to get somewhat feeling okay. I was sick to my stomach too last week but that is better. I think I had some kind of virus.
Hey! I am glad you are starting to feel better. I'm going through a big fibro flare myself as my body is trying to heal from my last rib removal surgery. I can definitely try to get a video up but can't promise anything.
