This time we teamed up for a collab with Oliver Torr who kindly crafted a page of patches for the Vector. These are a few takes on how they can be used.

This sounds fantastic. This is on my GAS radar.
❤
I have been looking at this one a while. Finally pulled the trigger. I love that it’s made in Czech Republic.
I want one
Can I plug my guitar straight into tempera without any short of interface.
Magnifique 😃 +1
Thanx beetlecrab for producing tutorials in advance. I would appreciate to see how the emitter parameter work. What it means, if placement is latch, toggle, …. and so on
Yeaaaahhh!!!
ah this is very compelling, great demonstration!
But can you actually make some music with this thing?
Of course
Very excited! Thanks for the great continued development and support of this innovative instrument.
Getting a Tempera next month. Can’t wait!
Mine arrives today!
hooray!
Fantastic! more please!
Yellofier in a box ;)
Will it be possible to have live processing in a future update . Plus have the mod wheel load new samples on the fly or sample flip /parameter lock new sample or function. Gr8 stuff.
There isn't enough tutorial videos for Tempera! I wish there would be a Loopop video for this device.
He has one now.

I have... feedback. As a new owner, I no longer need to be sold on how cool Tempera is... I need to see how to build up a patch from nothing. What this video doesn't show is everything; you don't demonstrate actually sampling or assigning the sample to the channels. You don't show how the emitters are configured, and without any on-screen text, all we can do is guess. So, while this was a very effective product sales video, it's actually a very frustrating video to learn anything useful from because you've obscured all of the decisions that allowed you to perform this piece so effortlessly. I wouldn't harp except that with a title that starts with "Creating" there is a sort of reasonable expectation that you might show us how the sausage got made. As of right now, I have Tempera and a guitar, and I would have to almost completely guess at every parameter you used. C'mon gang, you've been shipping for a few months. Can we please get a few soup-to-nuts patch creation tutorials?
Thanks, note taken! We'll organize tutorial videos asap ⛷️
Check loopop’s review
@@bobphillips2341 Loopop's review was excellent, but it doesn't eliminate the responsibility for the manufacturer to continue to produce creative production content, especially now that the 2.0 firmware has dropped. One of the best examples of how to do this properly is the recent Game Changer Audio series showing creative techniques on the Motor Synth MkII.
@@beetlecrabaudioI hope so 😉
I was thinking, how i will do use my Tempera?….here you got an answer!…as a creative looper!…great performance!…, musical and simple!…love it! Thank you !
Fascinating, fabulous performance!
Best video for this procuct on youtube. Thank youf or this clear and understandable walkthrough. SOLD!
Man, This makes me wanna rebuild my internet radio granular synth
I don't know what this is, but I _really_ want to play with one.
Hi! Is possible to do this king of recording like a looper in real time?
If I understand you correctly, then that's exactly what's happening here. Only the recorded phrases are not played in a simple loop but more elaborately with emitters. Emitters can be set to simple looping also.
love this!
This can be done completely without a computer connection at any point, correct? Like, this is totally standalone?
Yes
This is getting harder and harder to resist…
So freakin cool. If you keep sharing videos like this then I'm gonna pre-order one :D
So cool!!!!!
This is amazing!! A lot of people just use this for making drones or pads... but I'm really glad to see this being used to make more musical phrases and rhythms!! Kudos to you!!! Question: Have you been able to sync your Tempera sequences to another device? I've been trying to sync mine to some percussion loops in my Drumlogue, with the Tempera set to "receiving", but haven't had much success in having my Tempera "riffs" beat-synced to my Drumlogue.
Perhaps check you clock settings
Sounds incredible! Can you sync it to your daw (computer) ?
Yes
@@beetlecrabaudio great, i already ordered one
This is an awesome tutorial - thank you for sharing! I just got my Tempera yesterday - I think the keyboard is great on the grid - but I was having trouble going from emitter to emitter to layout different things on the grid. Any advice would be great for a workflow. I mostly don't want to use a keyboard with it perhaps that's the easier way to get a canvas setup? Also - when you load things - do they replace the base canvas and samples or are they loaded from the SD card or USB drive? Thanks - looking forward to getting better with Tempera and sharing some work soon.
External keyboard is not necessary. I recommend joining our discord server there you can get much quicker support and inspiration than in 2 months (sorry for that), or feel free to reach out via email. We take our customer support quite seriously but TH-cam is more like a dumping ground for videos <3
Eurorack Modulle When? :D
This great, what samples are these please?
The samples are mix and matched from the built in canvases.
Yall need to make tutorials because I can’t do that on mine! Are you using a mini keyboard or something? you guys are tweaking those knobs like there’s no tomorrow but that’s not what mine shows…. there’s a lot of limitations and guest work.
Please reach out via email or join Discord. More tutorials are definitely on the way! :) Also there has been a big update to the manual and also firmware.
Wow! That is an incredible feature. Well played, good thinking
So interesting, glad that we're getting to see this kind of content with the Tempera
I'm starting to see the light! Must get one 🔥
Looking forward to the arrival of my Tempera!
Looks incredible, well done guys! Can’t wait for mine to arrive!
Fantastic stuff
❤ Looking forward to my Tempera in the second batch 😃
