My Arrtx pencils are also very scratchy. I too wondered if I got a bad set. I never use them because of the scratchiness.

Yes, some places you need to a type of filming certificate to record video, try doing that in Los Angeles beach and they'll warn and then fine you if you dont leave (based on experience). But most of the time they don't notice mobile phones, so you can get away with it easier with that compared to a regular camera. Lovely vlog, Meg, great to see your coloring travel adventures !🌿Super tranquil walk. I just discovered how well the Tombow water-based pencils for watercolor pencils. I need try them with Inktense and neocolor II soon. Nice haul, I have only shopped online at Blick a couple of tis, but they are only 45 min drive, so I should drop by the store in person at some point.
