I've driven the 400 series hwys for 46 years. I've seen it all. Just think... one crash, roads closed, thousands of people now late for work, medical etc. Selfish micro brains. If they are still using sippy cups they need not attempt driving. Also I don't need their approval to drive on the roads.

Watched yesturday a truck was in the fast lane because the hiway was splitting to the 401 and 427N. We all know the truck will be getting over but 2 cars behind it ( I was the 3rd) decided to try to get past the truck. They couldn't wait a few seconds!! Tge truck even had his signal on and then still wanted to get around him! The truck didn't see the cars because they weren't in his mirror or even a blind spot because all he saw was them behind. The 2 cars tgen tried to get around him as he's getting over. Omg. It was horrifying that they couldn't wait a few seconds. Tge 1st car was almost hit but truck luckily saw almost halfway across. The 2nd gad no choice but to slow down and let him in or else he would have been hit. The other cars and truck out if the fast lane were tgen slowed down by other cars while the fast lane cleared for everyone else whk waited. So their few seconds that they didn't want to wait left them behind. Was a scary moment. But it's not the first time I've seen this. I've seen worse.

I thought Toronto was bad, then i drove in Montreal. Wow.

I see this shit every day on the 401 and 404 and never a cop around ever!

The GTA has an incredibly high population in a relatively small area. More people means more bad drivers. It doesn’t help that there are so many cheap, sloppy, bargain driving schools out there who teach their students to literally cut corners. Plus, most young drivers these days base their driving skills on how much they play GTA. Those driving schools shouldn’t be a thing. Your drivers license is GOVERNMENT ISSUED. You should be taught by a GOVERNMENT ESTABLISHMENT. When you sign your name to your license, that is your signature on a GOVERNMENT CONTRACT that you will ABIDE THE LAW. I wrote a story for school when I was a kid. It took place in the future, and I predicted dashcams that would record the activity of bad drivers, and send them their tickets with a copy of the video clip via their license plate to their email. 😂

The problem is that most Ontario drivers don't move right. Slower traffic has to move right. I don't care if you are going 100km/hr. In Europe the left lane is always empty and is for passing cars only. That is why you don't see this kind of weaving in and out of traffic.

The quality of drivers has gone downhill very fast in recent years, worst I've ever seen it, I hate visiting that city anymore. You don't have to see the driver to know their ethnicity. They now give out new driver licenses from cracker jack boxes.

New to driving in Canada drivers are inexperienced and dangerous who gave them a pass for an Ontario drivers licence? I thought you needed to drive and get experience before you could drive on 400 series? there is no way this person had any clue how dangerous that was for everyone.

*I drove the 400 and the 401 for decades. Out west in Edmonton and Calgary, it is NO different.*

Many of the worst drivers in North America infest the Highways of Ontario…No driving experience combines with in vehicle distractions and no idea of managing highway speeds results in asphalt chaos…You are taking your life in your steering wheel…

I know this place having spent too many years there. Almost been killed several times on the 401, and 427, however you should come to Vancouver where half of China and India are trying to learn how to drive with consideration of others and any kind of situational awareness...... It's me first when I pay attention to anything other than my hood ornament but after pushing my way in front of others I am going to drive like a child on a tricycle.... this is nothing.
