@@itypethetruthnobshere8975 funny, you said that! I never thought that a high sense would be a great brand. But the last few years that’s all I’ve been buying now!There creating great stuff at great prices. I thought that they were just budget TVs, but that’s not the case.

@@RealDoce1 Yeah, I’m facing the same issue! I might have to customize the stand. I’m considering a buffet or dresser setup instead. I’ll look at other furniture options when I get a chance. Things will improve as bigger TVs become available.

I bought the 100-foot kit and an extra strand, as the 150-foot kit would’ve been perfect. The extra strands were an option when I bought it, but we often run out of stock, delaying my installation by a few months.

@@justinjo1403 It’s true! Unfortunately, wearing flip-flops has left its mark-literally! I don’t even have a hairline on part of my foot because of them. Haha!

@@frankfossaceca9616 I’ve had a projector setup before and have also checked out some of the new ultra-short throw models. At the end of the day, though, I simply prefer a TV over a projector setup. It’s kind of like comparing a traditional bike to an e-bike-both are fantastic options, but they offer completely different experiences.

The motion on it is supposedly great for gaming, but I haven’t tried it. Thanks for sharing your solution for adapting a TV stand. I thought of that too. I’m not in a rush since it’s on a stand and works fine. The height is fine, but it looks weird, so I want to address it.

Oh, Govee does have a kit for 100-inch TVs! It’s more expensive but tempting. It was $200 last time I checked. It might have a great Black Friday deal. I linked it in the description.

@ as long as it has the camera it’ll be well worth it, people say with that background lighting it brings out the contrast on your tv. I e had them and wouldn’t go without them now.

So how is the motion overall, I returned an 85 inch Samsung years ago because the motion was horrible and I adjusted it for a month, got the Sony 950g 1 hour after returning the Samsung and been loving ever since,they know how to handle motion, if I was offered a full refund and a free 85” Samsung in place of my Sony, I wouldn’t even consider it, that would defeat the entire purpose of months of research and enjoyment of watching blur free content.

Is it a high sense Atmos sound bar? I was looking at that one I noticed it’s on Black Friday deal right now. I was considering buying that one.. I think your TV stand should work they have the feet not spread out as far as the tv. The dimensions of the feet length are 20 inches and then the distance between the 2 feet is 55 inches.

I’m releasing a follow-up video tonight that will cover the dimensions of the TV. If I remember correctly, the height was around 20 inches, and the distance between the two feet was 55 inches. @@deathx1030 It could’ve been better. I realize I should not have made the room completely dark and it would have worked a lot better. To the eye it was amazing but not the camera. I will definitely be doing a follow up video once I get more things in place.

Thank you so much for your quick reply. The only problem is I already installed the Luma nova any trick to removing them off a plastic PVC soffit? Without breaking either one. lol the adhesive is pretty strong.

I’m currently on the hunt for a TV stand that’s both visually appealing and functional. I’ve found one that caught my eye, but it would need some customization to fit the width of the TV legs. Considering the price point, though, I think it’s a bit steep. I’ll be researching and exploring other options for mounts and TV stands and plan to share my findings in a video by the end of the week. Be sure to subscribe so you don’t miss the options I come across! A TV of this size definitely requires some extra thought, but I’m loving the challenge-and loving the TV even more!

The videos I’m playing are just random content from TH-cam to show off the picture quality-there’s a ton of great stuff on there. This is a Hisense, and it’s exactly what I chose, and I couldn’t be happier with it!

@@IvanRossS That’s disappointing to hear! Sony used to be fantastic but definitely doesn’t seem to be the same anymore. I’m glad you’re loving your Hisense! I’ve been really impressed with them too. I have a few lower-budget Hisense TVs that we’ve had for about five years, and honestly, I was expecting them to feel like budget options-but they’ve held up great and perform great! Now, I’ve added two Hisense U7 series TVs to my collection, including the 100-inch model, which definitely comes with better specs! I’m seriously tempted to give the U8 series a try next-it looks amazing! Looks like eventually, I’ll have all Hisense, haha!

@@lucasdaddy824 there was one section I did on the gutters. 100% adhesive and holding great! Everything else was on a stucco surface and I did secure by using drywall screws.

I was considering upgrading to the U8 series and going for the 100-inch model, but that ended up being outside of my budget. The U8 series is undeniably a superior TV, though it does come with a higher price tag-about an additional thousand dollars. That said, for the price, I’m genuinely impressed with this one. Is your TV mounted, or are you using the stand? I still can’t get over the size; it’s mind-blowing. Whenever I look at our 55-inch or 65-inch TVs, they just seem so small now.

I’ve been buying Hisense TVs for the past five years, and I may have a few in my collection now-much to my wife’s amusement! I used to stick with brands like Sony and Samsung, but when 4K TVs became more affordable, I decided to try Hisense, and I’ve been really impressed ever since. The quality and value have exceeded my expectations, and I haven’t looked back.

I have to disagree on that point. I bought my first Hisense TV from Costco over five years ago, and it has seen plenty of use. Despite being one of the more budget-friendly options, it still works incredibly well. At the time, I only trusted big-name brands like Sony and Samsung, but I was willing to take a chance on Hisense because of the price. Now, after seeing the quality in their higher-end models, I’m starting to think they might be my new preferred choice for TVs.

Totally disagree with you. My brother has a Hisense and the picture is nice as hell. The speakers aren’t that great, but that’s with most tv’s anyway, no matter the brand.

@@DCN133 it’s a Hisense TV. I was just going through TH-cam videos to check the quality.

That’s the crazy part TH-cam compresses there 4K content so if I had some real 4K video, it would even look better. I’ll mess with the settings and different formats when I have a little bit of more time.

How is it with sports or regular tv? I head there is skipping and a jittery picture when playing tv or movie. I was looking at the same one at Costco.

@@DCN133 yeah I saw Costco too! I almost was gonna buy that one there, but there is no way to get that into our SUV. Thought about maybe strapping it into the roof, but that thing is heavy! I have been messing with the settings. I do feel like the quality in My Home is better than what was shown on the TV. Your do need to mess with the settings. I think that they optimize it for energy efficient. I’ve watched a couple movies on it so far and they were great. It really felt like I was in the movie theater. I’ll have to mess with regular TV and some football games. And see how the refresh rate looks on that.

@@JMARTS_HAUNTI looked at this and an 86 LG at Costco and the guy there said to order it online to get it delivered. But I think Best Buy maybe a little cheaper.

@@mrk1075 originally I was gonna get an 85 inch TV but when I saw the 100 inch, I just had to do it. I will be getting a different stand for sure. But it works great with the recliner.

Totally agree JMARTS! The picture quality of ANY TV over 65" is HORRIBLE! The distortion and the motion processing makes these TVs hard to watch. And the colors are so washed out. The only way they are better is the immersion. Get a premium Sony, LG, or Samsung OLED in a 65" and sit 8 to 10' away and you will be in heaven!!!

@@billtinnell2206 I recorded this using my cell phone camera, so blooming is inevitable unless you’re a professional videographer with the skills to minimize it. I’ve owned Sony and Samsung TVs and have friends who’ve spent a lot on those brands. Honestly, this TV performs even better than those. I’m thrilled with it-it truly delivers. I’ve seen other high-end TVs, and this one holds its own. It’s incredible. Hisense does offer some budget-friendly options, but take a look at their U series. These aren’t low-budget TVs-they feature advanced dimming zones and impressive peak brightness, which are key for delivering that stunning picture quality you’re looking for. No regrets with this TV-it’s absolutely awesome, and the price makes it even better.

I have been messing with the settings. Defiantly makes a difference. I'm seeing similar results now to my 65" U7 TV.

I kept going back and forth between options. I had an older HD short-throw projector, but I’ve always wanted to try a big TV. With prices dropping so much, I decided to give it a shot. We'll see how long I stick with this setup! Haha.

I just checked out that TV, and it does look amazing! A bit out of my budget at the moment, though. I think the Hisense 100 U8 has some similar specs, so I'd be curious to see a comparison with the Sony X90L. Honestly, Hisense has really stepped up their game lately. I used to think of them as the budget TV option, but some of their premium models have impressed me, especially given the price point.

So far I don't regret it!
