She came to a few observations: 1. Bullies are often themselves victims of bullying or other forms of abuse (Takagi's mother is an abuser, if not borderline abusive, she was _far_ more upset at the idea that her daughter would be labeled a "bully" than anything Takagi's victims went through). What they've done is evil and wrong, and it's often a horribly bad attempt to regain control because deep down they really feel lost and scared. (src: the 9th grade department head's final words to Takagi) 2. The problem is amplified in a culture like Japan's that values conformity to a pathological level. Popular kid starts picking on someone who's struggling, their friends pile on for approval, their classmates look away to avoid becoming the next victim, teachers and administrators shove it all under the rug to avoid looking bad to their communities. This is what makes bullying a toxic team sport in Japan, and it can become particularly nasty, at times turning into outright murder. 3. Each bully is their own problem with 20 variables, so the one-size-fits-all endeavors that schools favor will never really bring accountability and closure, and escalating the situation or increasing visibility (say, with a lawsuit) will often bring a lifetime of pain down on the victim. This is the main obstacle to holding bullies accountable, and it's always going to be hard and messy. 4. It is critically important that parents and schools ensure that the victims are given the support, time, and resources to heal from the traumas they've experienced. If they're ignored, if they are discarded by their community, the victims will become destructive, either to themselves (suicide, self-harm, or _hikikomori)_ or to others through repeating the cycle of violence. The mental care ranch Chiho went to is a great example of how to approach this, and honestly, she was fortunate.

Só agora entendo a importância dessa música. Presenciei atualmente a pior dor da minha vida. E eu entendo a frase "E as feridas vão se curar", senti realmente como se fosse uma grande ferida, doía, doía e doía, mas então... Eu pude sentir o alívio depois de tanto chorar. Minha ferida estava se curando aos poucos, e ainda dói um pouco, mas graças a Deus não sinto mais aquela ardência da alma. Então... Pra você que agora está sofrendo algo terrível, não importa o quê... O tempo é a melhor cura ;)

Esse vídeo era pra ter saído semana passada,mas tive dois problemas com ele:o meu aúdio ficou muito baixo e não dá pra ouvir muito bem,e ele ficou longo demais e por isso tive de dividir em duas partes. O aúdio infelizmente não deu pra consertar.desculpem mesmo :/ Acabou que é provavél que essa semana já tenha outro vídeo, pois como falei no final o aniversário da Maru é essa semana e farei scout dela no SIF(950 gemas muito bem guardadas para isso).
