hello. Thanks for this vidéo. Could you say me what's your little cutter. Where can I find it ? thanks
@@valeriehamiot5141 you’re welcome. Do you mean the trimmer/scorer that I use at the beginning of the video.
Beautiful card, Laura. I’ve been looking for a new idea for Christmas cards. This is one that I will definitely use. ❤️. One thing I have started to do with top fold cards that don’t want to stand up, is create a little hinge mechanism and attach it between the back panels. This restricts how far the card can flatten itself out. Hope this makes sense. 😉.
@@diannebarton3293 it will make a lovely Christmas card. Great idea as well. I have used a hinge mechanism before. 💞

Hi Laura thanks for another great video. I thought (but haven't made it yet) to keep the boxes in alignment would it help to put a rubber band around them??? Thanks for sharing your talent.

@@smileyj53 hi….thanks for watching. 💖
What a stunning card! It looks like a bit of work, but well worth it in the end.
@@sandianderson1500 thanks. It’s quite easy once you cut all your pieces.
Hi Laura!🥰🦘🙏I wanted to see more versions of this fun fold. Nevermind what you thought was a booboo, they both work. Like the little green pieces on the steps also👍 TFS👏
@@lindadunstall1790 thanks for your lovely words. 💖
Hi from Adelaide SA 🥰🦘🦘I love the end result. I'm trying to get my mojo back. My fear of failure on things like the cutting through 4 layers is not helping. If I muck it up, I shall do the box idea. Thanks so much. I subscribed so I will look at your other videos and look forward to seeing new ones in the future. Cheers🙏
Beautiful really like the DSP you used in the video! Thank you for all your details!!!
@@noritacunningham7255 thank you. 💖
Lovely card! The cutting part is a bit daunting for me due to all the layers I could ruin. But the result is elegant. I may need to take the easy way out and glue in a 3/4" x 2 1/2" pop-up box at the fold. Thanks for a great tutorial!

@@glenisfox248 thanks. One of my favourite so far. 💖
Thanks for going thru the measurements and pieces for us. Could I make a suggestion that would make a big help to us? When you are explaining the pieces, but you are using different colors and prints than the sample card you are showing, it kinda throws me. It would be much easier if you used the same colors as the sample, it would be easier to keep up with you instead of getting lost and trying to figure which piece you’re using where. But thanks so much anyway. You do a good job explaining.
@@Elainelovejoy thanks for your suggestion. The reason I do that is I don’t want to end up with double ups of the same card. I don’t list any colours on my PDF for that reason. If you cut all your pieces first from my measurements you should be fine. I have been doing TH-cam & live videos for years & no one has ever suggested that. If you watch others…most of them do different colours to the sample.
Yet another great fun fold! Love it!
@@loriherchelroath2101 thanks. 💖

Hello from MN
@@smileyj53 hi…hope you enjoyed my video. 💖
I was trying to make this card, but looks like your trimmer is different than mine and it just aint working to be able to do the scoring. I can’t find the name of my trimmer on it anywhere, but the measurements start at (the first number i can see marked in black) is 1/4 inch and moving across to the left to 12 and 1/4. I wish I could send you a picture of it. So I don’t know how to be able to make the score marks work. Beautiful card tho.
