Bushcraft shelter - Processing firewood
I visit my bushcraft shelter in the Swedish forest to hang out for a few hours. While there I decided to take on the task of processing firewood. Afterwards I cook over an open fire.

SOLO Winter Camping in a Primitive Shelter
มุมมอง 1.1K7 หลายเดือนก่อน
In the heart of the Swedish forest, whispers of nature call, Branches weave a shelter to shield from night's fall. Gathered firewood crackles in symphony’s grace, Tending the flames in this tranquil, wild place. A simple meal cooked over embers' glow, Savoring solitude many may never know. Night descends with its cloak of stillness pure, Embracing the darkness and silence's allure. Morning ligh...
A windy day at the bushcraft shelter
มุมมอง 4807 หลายเดือนก่อน
I visit my bushcraft shelter in the Swedish forest on a very windy day. First I sharpen my axe, then I put on my snowshoes and go looking for firewood. I find a standing dead birch and cut down this tree. This is a tree without a top, so there is a risk of water infiltration. As expected, the wood is wet. Only the outer layer of the trunk is dry, the core is soaking wet and currently cannot be ...
Solo winter camping under a tarp
มุมมอง 3058 หลายเดือนก่อน
After an hour of snowshoeing I arrive at a good place to set up my tarp. I make tent stakes from a standing dead tree and use snow to level my sleeping area. After sunset I enjoy the darkness and silence in the forest. The temperature at night is -4 °C/25 °F. With the help of my gear I have a warm and comfortable night's sleep. It's snowing when I wake up. The faint sound of snow falling fills ...

Great work! What type of knot for the top of A frame?
To start an overhand loop knot and to finish a trio of overhand knots, that gives a solid result with the bankline. Thank you!
Big fan 👊🏼

Thank you so much!
Wow! I had a lot of fun watching this! Thank you so much for the video! I came across your channel quite unexpectedly. Why do you have so few subscribers and views?! P.S. Hi from Ukraine.
Thanks for your kind words. About the “so few”, that’s probably because there aren’t many people who like my videos, but that’s okay. I love my wilderness adventures and I love filming and editing. Wishing you the best.
@@stugtretton Do you mind if I show your channel on my stream? I’ll advertise it to my audience, they should like it.
@@klsurvival I don't mind, but i leave the decision up to you 😊
