Yo wassup welcome to my channel I livestream other weekend on different platforms (PS4 and Xbox) and I have a twitch channel named AlexSansoneTTV which is where I livestream Gears of war (VERY UNDERRATIED GAME)

BTW i uploaded from CapCut and i was able to put it on 1080p60FPS but in the preview of the video after is was done processing the quality in youtube it looked terrible but i went to see it as if it was already uploaded and looks really good so idk why youtube has that preview set to like 144p they should definitely fix that but its all good now
