How many questions you got from the mock in the actual exam?
Hi, the presentation is really good but unfortunately the important part for me was hardly addressed. For this reason I write here and would be very happy about an answer. If we select a flow for a service, do we also have to build the trigger condition in the flow for it or is it enough that the flow is assigned to the service? Can we also use a subflow? In this case we do not need a condition. This would mean that the only trigger would be the executed service. Can we start the flow or subflow selected in the service also by the selected record producer in the service? If we use a workflow in the template, do we still need a condition to trigger the workflow or is the case that the wf is mentioned in the field enough? There is the opportunity to handover approvers to the workflow, do you know how? I would be very happy to receive an answer.

Great Tutorial, many thanks. One question: Fulfillment type = Service Activity, Automatically close case = checked, Close when = Mandatory to-dos are complete. How is an activity defined as mandatory?

I must show my gratitute to your time and patient to create these wonderful videos. Few things I noticed are, very nice explaination, clear audio and video, very nice presentation, videos are short and crisp with content and ofcourse fully loaded with the highlights of all the required technical details without putting much but needed. bulk case creation module doesn't come in my personal developer instance
In Application Navigator, Search for "Bulk Case Request" . If still it is not visible. Please follow the below steps. Please check if the module is restricted by any role. 1. Navigate to System definition -> Modules 2. In the list view, search "Bulk Case Request" in the Title column. 3. Open it and validate is there any roles assigned to it. Note: Also please validate if you activated the HRSD plugins required.
