@@naquan59 hey man Revdog has been a thing for a while now, since Shadowlands lol. The toon is a bit of an inside joke between me and a close friend and I came up with the idea back during early TBC classic and me and him both have been waiting in Cata so I could do this video lol 😂

@@stormrage6307 you can but I'm NGL it's a time sink. I was finding it really hard to gear Revdog but that's probably because I'm only PvP gearing and I honor grinding for s9 gear Is extremely time consuming. I'm not sure how the pve gear grind is though, I'm assuming it wouldn't be hard to catch up by just spamming some infernos

@@Omniken1408 I KNOWWW!!! I feel the same, there's a certain bit of hype around Revdog that I like too, maybe it's because there's no Worgen creators?? But I do love this toon and I like doing stuff with it once in a while. And to answer your question about netherward in warrior duels, all that does is let me cover my own ass. They don't have any magic DMG, however they do have spell reflection. So if I just keep netherward up, I can blast right into their reflection and it won't do a single thing to me at all, only exception would be crowd control like fear/coil. I actually had 2 moments in here where I threw shit into a warrior reflect by mistake but because I had netherward up it did absolutely nothing to me

@@Burial18 both are weak auras that I snagged from a friend back in TBC, I've just updated them by adding things to it as the xpacs went on. And thank you!! This is just small arena video, if you want the real nostalgia I'd recommend videos like End of an Era or Reverence 5. Both of those are really good 😄

@@jonathanwoodard4541thank you! And agreed, it was and still is very underpowered but a lot of crit helps a bit lol. The spec really revolved around combos and control, it was a beautiful design tbh and I think they nailed it. I do wish that the spec did more DMG but it's fun as hell to play regardless in Cata. I got plenty more Cata Destro content on the channel too

I was trying to break combat and peel for my partner so he could eat but he died and I was like "well shit, gotta heal" and he thought he was about to get to me and interrupt it lol, was a funny little knock and even I chuckled when I did it lol. And ty for the compliment, it always warms me knowing people appreciate my work ❤️

@@arwenundomiel5392 I would love to do those admittedly but if you played classic at all you'd know how miserable horde BGs are. Not only are there usually completely 1 sided, but there's also never any chance to fish out a 1v2 because of that onesidedness I mentioned, everyone's just running around in a giant mob. Makes me pretty sad tbh but I still try nevertheless

@@marcschmidt320 I haven't played it since I uploaded this exact video actually. Was really burnt out and took a break. I have been playing retail recently however, giving things another try there mainly doing 20th anniversary stuff. I'm sure I'll return to Cata at some point though 😄

You're probably just mad you're 1500 lifetime XP in Wrath most likely playing War/hpal and you couldn't play destro if your life depended on it during its best xpac. And you're right, destro is complete garbage in Cata, but I've also played this spec the last 20 damn years and competed in multiple arena tournaments as destro. Not to sound conceded at all but I'm one of the better destro locks in the game with not a whole lot of competition on classic... If any at all on Cata since I've beaten everyone that's wanted to face me, in and out of arena. Get on with that hater shit man

@@renektonmain9153 my ui is just the base blizzard ui, nothing fancy. Only other things are quartz cast bar, Weakauras (for the nameplate debuffs and CC on me) and bigdebuffs, which I only keep for the purpose of these videos

@@Legabis I've not lost to a single feral yet 1v1 in Cata. I almost have, but almost doesn't cut it. Tbf I don't really lose much of any duels. You can ask people out in Durotar on Grobb, I run the place lol

@@joaquim5003 I don't know man, retail isn't really my game anymore. I had the beta and I really hated lvl 80 PVP with all those new talents n shit. Tried the pre patch too and I just really don't like it. So I really doubt I'll be doing any War Within content
