At I think the 730 mark I take it apart but pretty briefly if u need better shots let me know and I can maybe take it apart for a short or something if u needed me to.

Man I saw the sparrow for like $109 I’m very tempted. I want lie this feweed has grown on me but it’s not what I wanted it to be the sharp studs and top flipper hurt it a good bit and the crap fat carbon is a big let down as it’s a big part of what ur paying for imo. I probably should have just sent it back to wmk while I had the chance but I feel some kind of way returning a knife over minor issues when there’s physically nothing wrong. If it had lock rock or some qc issue I’d send it back but I knew after seeing reviews I was taking a chance on the 80’s version but it was the only one with the dlc. Let me know how the sparrow is. One thing I always like about Kizer is their detents are always tuned on the stronger side which I enjoy.

The ogs go for crazy money u can see them on his instagram under maskas precision knives. They r beautiful works of art a guy in the comments said the plain Jane ones go for a few thousands and the fancy ones 5-8 I think he said.

I haven’t tried I looked at it but I’m to scared to do it and mess it up but I’ll bet u could make it sound way better if u knew what u were doing as far as bending them or filing them down. I did try to tighten down the screws on the board but be careful they are not deeply machined t6 heads on the tuning board like on the scales so don’t strip them take ur time and use a good clean whia bit if possible. Let me know if u have the stones to play around with urs and how it goes I’m very interested as id love for mine to make a cleaner noise.

@ yea if I decide to mess with mine I will let you know. I did notice the little screws on the tuning board were not set very deep so I just snugged them up. I did have an issue with the bearings because one of the ceramic balls did come out but that’s why they put about 10 extra ceramic balls in the case.

@ oh I never checked were they under the foam I hope none of mine came out I just assumed they were stuck in there

@ I just looked and found them. Heck I had to open mine up to make sure I didn’t have any that fell out but I’m good. My only complaint with the knife is that I wish the blade stock was thinner and it was a little lighter. The ergos are amazing and so is the action and it still cuts well especially since I lowered back the edge angle on mine but it would be nice if it was thinner stock. I can’t wait to see other companies add a tunning fork thing or make the ring noise a focus point. As much as I fidget with my knives sound and action almost mean more to me than cutting performance.

@@SteelAddicted yes your exactly right about the thinner blade and yea the bearings that came in the knife look good but they are really rough feeling so you can put 5mm x 1/16” skiff bearings and they work but they are not as wide so I decided to put 6mm 1/16 “ skiff bearings the 13ball ones and they made my knife a lot smoother and you can actually feel it in this knife.

Have u checked on ur tracking number using 17track? Also if u message jufule and tell him ur concerned about it not being there yet and don’t get AliExpress involved just talk to him directly he will tell u to wait but then what u need say is u need the refund now to buy another knife from him at which point he will either send u another knife or refund u the money. I’ve told other people to do this and it worked for them as well. If he knows u want to spend more money with him he will fix the issue for u. I hope this helps. I just had to do the same thing with green thorn because my astrum was delivered to the wrong address because they put the wrong address on the box. I think it went to one of my neighbors but usps want tell me the address it was sent to.

@ no not yet as the actual delivery date says march 3 so I would be complaining ahead of schedule

@ don’t pay attention to that delivery date if it has been over a month something is wrong just look at where u bought it and where the tracking is posted and there’s a contact seller button it’ll ask if u need AliExpress to help say no then tell him u haven’t received it and u need the money to buy another Rosie before he sells out and he will refund u now.

@@Layzboyedc ah got ya I couldn’t wait mine needed some kpl to really get her dancing. It’s just crazy how nice it is for the $90 price tag and it effortlessly glides through cardboard a lot of it is due to the leverage I can get compared to the regular Rosie but still my regular Rosie came with a better edge at a steeped angle on the grind and the xl still cuts better imo. I saw where jufule is back up and running I’d assume he will have another batch of regular Rosie’s once the radial milled sells out.

No problem. I understand y their r hardly any clone videos on TH-cam from USA people because the hate u get is kinda silly. U basically get blackballed by other creators but idc I hated not being able to find videos of these before I bought mine and so I wanted people to at least be able to see something if they were going to buy one. Let me know how u like urs I’ll be very honest my mcnees spk and Rosie clones see more pocket time than my $300 knives do there just so well done and I don’t have to be scared to use them because they didn’t cost me some crazy amount of money their close to the price of a Civivi which is insane to me. AliExpress is ur best bet. I haven’t had any issues ordering but I have a credit card set up just for overseas transactions and I gave my work phone number lol. I will say I’ve gotten a lot more spam calls since I signed up for AliExpress almost 2 years ago but idk if that’s just in general because I get a crap ton on my personal phone to. Even if u don’t receive an item for a seller AliExpress will always look out for the buyer and give u ur money back as long as the package didn’t make it ur door. The worst part is the wait any where from 2-4 weeks wait time closer to 2 weeks normally. I hope this helps if u have any questions I can try to answer them as best I can.

@@SteelAddicted thanks for the info brotha. I got the grey nature milling. I didn’t want the blue and he luckily did one run of the stonewashed with nature milling. I know jufule and another vendor are putting out great clones. The guy above just sounded upset about something with jufule and can’t be reasoned with. I personally love kunwu and writer carry, neither of which actually manufacture. But they go to the right companies. Whoever quiet carry is using in Taiwan, they are goats. I’ve loved evening I’ve bought from them so far and I’ve had probably 6 or 7 models, including the drift v2, large and lct.

@@Sleepy_spartan717I really need to get a quiet carry I keep putting them off and then buying some other knife when I should be getting the lct or the new one the name is alluding me the catch maybe. I really like the look of that one a little smaller but heavily contoured and there knurling texture looks so good. That honestly needs to be my next purchase.

@ dude! It just came in! This XL is really good! I just need to adjust the detent a little bit to make it harder but I must say that the overall quality is very impressive!

@ I was pretty happy with my detent not the strongest but plenty snappy for me. U will probably need a plastic pry tool to get it apart as mine stop pin was firmly wedged in place.

@@Layzboyedc did u have trouble getting urs apart? and I completely forgot to even bring up the double detent system in it. I could feel the second detent on mine barely when I first got it but now that it’s worn in I don’t feel it at all on the drop. What about on urs?

Yeah if u have XXL hands u will love the xl rosie as the regular one I could see would be borderline to small for u. It's a fantastic knife cuts very very well the d2 has held up well I'll update if I have any issues with it but I went out of my way to break down boxes yesterday just because I enjoy it when the knife cuts as good as this one did. From what I've seen, most of the 80s inlays don't look great. Which is odd because the 80s on there militaw full size and mini have all looked amazing that I've seen. Who knows, it's a gamble, but it sure does look good when u get a nice piece of it.

@@BPKROMEit’s a fantastic knife minus the simi sharp areas and wonky sharpening choil and well the inlays but I’ll bet u get a good one. And I need to just switch the studs out to some titanium round ones and re ano them and the backspace together to just remove the ano off of the backspacer. The fall action is glassy smooth and the detent is nice and stiff which I like. Plus it’s a nice user imo for days where I wear gym shorts or thinner lighter pants. It’s grown on me a lot.

The ring comes from the backspacer. To get a better ring you need to tighten down the scale screws as tight as you possibly can.

I got a little worried to really crank down on the screws since it’s going st8 into the titanium but I’ll have to risk it for that nice sound. @ I do have one. I have the drop point version and it did have a good sound out of the box. But I had the opposite experience from you. When I took it apart and put it back together it sounded even better.

@@CrowsBladeandWoodworks I should check out the liner lock because I’m sure it’s as good as this frame lock version or better. The action on this thing is phenomenal imo. That Ultem version looks really nice imo with the mill work on the Ultem. I’d always heard this was a good knife but u know u hear that so much now about so many knives it’s just hard to know if one is as good as people say it is. The momentum for sure is that good 👍

@@SteelAddicted It's under his own brand, Manganas Steel. Sherif Manganas is often live on Mattisfaction and/or Said Stevie's live streams. Most of Sherif's designed knives are Kubey's and at least one from Kizer, its the Grazioso.

How are they to pocket?

@ pretty darn good I will say I do get snagged up on the lock bar cut out from time to time depending on how thick my pants pockets r but never bad enough that I can’t still get it over or out one handed and honestly I only ever feel it when going in the pocket. I’m actually carrying my stonewashed version today. It’s one of my favorite budget knives which is odd to say given the materials and build quality but according to metal complex anything under $75 is budget so this hits that mark. U can buy them back on AliExpress right now. I would personally go with the nature milled version because my blue anodized one from jufule is one of the best knives in my collection and I own $300+ knives. The mcnees clone by jufule is even better imo it’s maybe even better than the og because it has the lock bar insert and a thinner blade stock. U really can’t go wrong with any knife from jufule imo or at least his newer stuff. Thanks for watching.

@@michaelmann8647 yes sir fantastic knife. I haven’t had a divo yet that wasn’t amazing imo especially for the price. He should be coming out with a new model soon and I heard he’s coming out with a second batch of tall boys which is there best model imo.

@@michaelmann8647 I agree about the pocket clip on this milled version the plain Jane is super smooth out of the pocket. The lamia is great but if u want one I would get the one with the nature grip milling pattern on it it has a much better detent than my grey heavy stone washed lamia. I hope this helps. With the milled Rosie if u take some cardboard and wedge it under the clip over night it will take a little bit of the tension off of it making it go in and out of the pocket better. If the cardboard doesn’t work u can always bend the clip to take some of the tension off but I’d be careful doing it. The cardboard should work it made mine much better just wedge a decent chunk under it all night long. Again I hope this helps.

I have a long form review/ just my general thoughts on the knife video up. It’s great especially if u get one that makes the ting noise it’s addictive and a great fidget knife with a crazy thin hollow grind.
