Ciao! We are Alessandro & Daniele.
The passion for Lego, and their use to create special machines.
The Helix Gravity Train is one of them: a prototype for the storage of electrical energy in the form of potential energy.
Also, we come from a family of railway workers, so trains have a special place in our lives.
We publish when we have really something important to show you, so don't expect a channel with periodic videos just to satisfy TH-cam's algorithms!

LEGO TRAIN AS'MOC: how to create carriages with 6x36 train base (60051, 60197)
AS'MOC: the video presents How we cut one 6x24 train base, LEGO piece 6077826, to create a 6x36 train base. With half base, 6x12, is possible to create many configurations. The 36 stud long carriage is the longest for R40 curves. Try it!
Provate!

thats a nice looking moc
Das seht supper aus. aber R40 ist es leider nicht tauglich. Sorry. Habe es selber nachgebaut und getestet.
Hello, I can say that R40 is really at limit for the Train coupled by my jacobs version. Important is even the outer bogies which must have an axis inside as I built. Nice you have tried to build it!😀
I'll recomend putting 61332 (idk how it's called) inside those two modified bricks 1x2 with hole
Love this solution, great build technic
Thank you. This is the first edition, I did a second too. Enjoy!
I think if it is possible to extend the coaches, how about extending the leading and trailing locomotives? It might look cool Not only that, how about having a leading and trailing loco with a passenger section, meaning when extended, the back part of the locos would have a passenger section
I am building a modified high speed passenger train and I plan to sink the BuWizz down below the floor so the mass is just above the track to allow as much speed as possible on the curves. This method looks like it might be pretty good. Right now I have a version that is using two full size bases but I will need really large radius curves for that one. I was planning to buy some TrixBrix R184 to see if that would work.
Which normal lego Lover, collector, Fan would Cut it
Hello, you are right, but sometime we need to move forward! Watch the new lego Train 60337, for the carriages Lego has create new bases, which are two halves. Maybe in the future Lego will create new pieces starting from my idea!
@@alessandrosartore OK i See what you mean but i would still build one Out of plates with technic plates for the Boogie rather then cutting a Plate. Mostly for the amound of plates wich we're preduced
Fun fact you can make a double motor set up with out the switch if you can let one of the cables trough the front mask or canopy (I did it with my 7938)
👍

Nice moc
wtf i just did the same thing to my 7938 passenger train with the central bogey
Nice to ear it!!! I hope to see the result!! I'm going to do a video with an update, or a 2nd version. Ciao
Satisfied with the new solution relating to the Jacobs Bogie and the stiffness problems encountered in Test One. Now I have to find the time to make the video and the tutorial!
Hello to everybody watching my videos: in this period I am very busy with job and family. Still thinking about new details and what is explained in the video TEST ONE at 2:45 !!! keep waiting!!

Hi
Now do a single axel
hello. sorry, but what do you mean for single Axel? a boogie with a single couple of wheels? ciao
@@alessandrosartore Well a single axel shared by two wagons, like AVE Talgo 350 have.
Hi Alessandro, this is by far one of the best ideas I've ever seen for connecting two wagons seamlessly. I think your design of the Jacobs Bogies is just awesome and I will try to build it into my Horizon Express (TGV). I hope you already have an idea to solve the slope problem. Might get a bit tricky in my opinion. Anyway a great idea.. I'm already looking forward to the next video.
Hello! Have you watched the 2nd version? What do you think?
@@alessandrosartore Hi Alessandro, of course I saw your second version. The solution is very good and I like it very much. I will probably convert my 60197 in this way as well. I actually wanted to apply your solution to the new passenger train (60337), but the connection between the passenger cars is completely different this time and unfortunately you can't use it there.
Awesome MOC Alessandro - will be trying this soon
pls tutorial
Hello, first part ready.
Great job maaaaan 😃
Complimenti
Can you do a full build of the system?
I will try this summer, in this period I am too busy! Thanks for asking.
@@alessandrosartore no problem
Hello, first part of the tutorial is ready.
Geniale :-)
Simple yet effective design, both functionally and cosmetically! Great work!
Wow
There’s away to do in program too
Sorry, but I do not understand your comment.
@@alessandrosartore you can do same thing in powered up app with coding
looks great!
Very well! Thank you for sharing.

"give to Caesar what belongs to Caesar"
you DO realize that the term for this type of bogie is "Jacobs Bogie" not "Central Bogie", right?
Cool!
Cool and very interesting, so thumb up from me. - Many greetings Andi
excellent
