Yo so fast and clear demonstration mate.... All your videos.... Nice 🤘
It’s pretty hard to listen to
❤❤❤❤ easy to understand... Thank you....
It's very difucult for me😅
it is so good tutorial! thanks
Wow nice
Hola
The camera is not clear
Is it right ?? Before changing rope first u have to put it asap...
whenever you finish your change over,if you look carefully, you are not exactly on 2 points.1 back up yess but not chest croll and jumar together. Is that right???
Yes he connects the id before he lifts out of the kroll buddy and vice versa
easy way to learn! thanks Sr.
Thanks Bhai
I personally wouldn’t even bother using rope protectors against something like that. It’s all rounded edges on that beam and the beam looks extremely smooth. so the only problem you could come across is friction moving side to side, which obviously I don’t know what the work area looks like. But just going up and down, I wouldn’t even bother
Good stuff
South Africa Rope Access Technician 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
I’d treat it as passing a knot. I’m probably just paranoid of dropping the thing. Anyway nice video none the less.
How much level 1
I like to tie knots on the drop sets after i clime passing the deviation up, do so, I can pull myself close to the deviation when i descend passing the deviation.
Good job 👍
Passed my level 1 today. I couldn’t tell you how many times I’ve watched this video because I kept getting tangled. Thank you
Glad the video helped 👍
Audio too low
Maybe the bust alpine butterfly tutorial I’ve seen
Carl Pilkington is IRATA certified? God damn!
Nice
Wow
How come you can have 2 anchor points on one anchor? Is it because structural steel is so strong? Cheers Nick
It’s to share the load 50/50 on the carabiners and acts as back on the system.
I think he means the 1 beam as 1 anchor point..
If we have one backup device what will do at the time for transfer ropes
You have 2 backups, the ASAP and your duck
Can use a alpine butterfly in the safety line your moving over onto
I thought Irata only concidered the croll a full point of attachment when paired with a hand ascender. Was there a revision?
A croll can be seen as a point of attachment but it may never be shock loaded. In this climb it doesn't matter though because the cows tail is also attached to his D-ring. Use in aid-climbing is allowed but not recommended because it can make rescue a bit difficult, better to just put an alpine butterfly in the cows tail to shorten it or use something like a Progress adjust or even better: a Grillon. At least from what I've heard at my level 1 training last january and seen in some explanation video's of L3's who are explaning an aid-climb rescue.
If you're tying the ABK on a regular basis, I would recommend this method, as it's very quick and easy once you learn it. th-cam.com/video/DYGdvL9-P30/w-d-xo.html
