In 1970 through the Kerala land reforms act temples and it's properties the HR CE act changed into Devaswam boards and it's land limited to 15 acres excess lands taken over by all state governments as states revenue land but no changes made in Wakaf board instead rules amended in 1995 by the Congress government in favour of Wakaf board they can encroach lands without showing any records of ownership because of vote bank politics.

Articles 25, 28, 30 (1950) HRCE Act (1951) HCB Act (1956) Secularism (1975) Secularism Act (1992) POW Act (1991) Waqf Act (1995) Ram Setu Trust (2007) 1) They legalized conversion through ART 25. 2) They took away religious education from Hindus by ART 28 but allowed religious education to Muslims and Christians through ART30 3) They seized all temples and shrines HRCE ACT 1951 by applying Hindu money. 4) They destroyed Hindu families through Divorce Act, Dowry Act under Hindu Code Bill but did not touch Muslim Personal Law. They allowed polygamy so that they could continue to increase their population. 5) The Special Marriage Act was introduced in 1954 so that Muslim boys could easily marry Hindu girls. 6) In 1975 he imposed Emergency, forcibly added the word secularism to the constitution and forcefully made India secular. 7) Congress did not stop here. In 1991, he introduced and promulgated the Minorities Commission Act. 8) He gave Muslims special rights like government scholarships. He gave benefits to Muslims under the Minority Act. 9) In 1992 they prevented Hindus from legally taking back their temples and took away 40000 temples from Hindus through the Places of Worship Act. 10) Congress did not stop here and in 1995 it empowered Muslims to claim any land, take away land from any Hindu through the Wakf Act and made Muslims the second largest land owners in India. 11) In 2007, they denied the existence of Lord Rama in the Ram Setu affidavit in the Supreme Court and The high point of the anti-Hindu crusade was in 2009 when the Congress declared Hinduism an extremist religion using the term saffron terrorism where there was no existence. . 12) Congress slowly and cleverly continued to win over the Hindus. One by one they kept taking away the rights of Hindus and now Hindus are completely deprived of everything and ironically Hindus don't even realize it. 13) They have no temples of their own, no religious teachings of their own, their lands are not their permanent possessions. And they don't even ask questions! Mosques and churches are independent, but temples are under the control of the government? control? Why there are government aided madrassas, convent schools but not government aided. Gurukul? Why is their Waqf Act not Hindu Land Act? There is a Muslim Personnel Board but no Hindu Personnel Board? India is a secular country so why is there a majority of minorities? Why Ramayana and Mahabharata are not taught in schools? 14) Aurangzeb used sword to destroy Hinduism. Congress used the Act to destroy Hinduism. 15) And then there is the media. Anyone who tries to ask these questions is declared a casteist, a saffron and a devotee. Any politician who tries to correct these mistakes is called out for undermining democracy. 16) Remember that it took only 80 years for the mighty Roman civilization to fall. Decline of Roman Civilization is a must read for every Hindu. No external power could defeat them, they were defeated internally by their own ruler Constantine and Christianity. 17) Hindus have been persecuted since 1950 by Nehru and his family. Hindus have paid a heavy price and suffered from the Congress government for most of the years. It is high time Hindus came out of the slave mentality and became like Shivaji and Rana Pratap who never became slaves under their rule. Do we need this party which harms Hindus so much???
