This is why I get good brakes and also don’t go max speed unless around 0 npcs. That way when they pull in front of me I can either brake or swerve the other way, most times the npc is gonna slam themselves into a building or rock and die on impact

Its interesting how accurately Rockstar has coded GTA V npcs to drive like actual Americans

They've toned it down a bit since but the cars will still sometimes bug into the ground just to hit you

I have never encountered these issues, other than it coming from host ping latency and/or NPC player binding. It appears to happend quite frequently, based on the general community consensus and evidence like this. I only experience the rubberbanding of the NPCs when you're solo in a session (which can easily be avoided if you start the sale in a crowded session and then "process pause", after the whole pimping menu and the countdown starts, to enter yourself in a solo session).

The fully loaded ruiner is a killing machine against mk1’s mark 2’s deluxos scramjets Batman car and sometimes jets this car is obsolete and it’s a shame for what it offers it’s worth the 5.7 million before the price drops I have no regret on buying this killing machine
