The flooding is one thing - how’s Thames Water / EA reporting on water quality and risk of e-Coli in the land/allotments once the water recedes?

But it is a flood plain, so exactly as it should be. That's why they are called flood plains.

Hi Chris. Great footage. Would you mind if I shared this with GARD to use on their social media? Thames Water have admitted that their propsed mega reservoir beside Abingdon would increase flood risk. The unknown effects on the Ock from their proposals is something they are trying to raise awareness about.

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you , only just noticed your entry. Yes it would be an offence to directly film a military base (without permission), Official Secrets Act, etc. Especially one that has an active airfield attached to it. The airfield is now classified as inactive and does not have any FRZ restrictions in situ. However if this were the case, then it would probably be RAF Bensons concern (being the closest station). I have previously obtained permission from them for just such flights. I always attempt to check out the details of the area and get live updates through the drone itself when I am about to fly.
