We recently had a horrendous experience with Douglas Elliman. They are very bad people. They completely disrespect the documents of the transaction, including ones they sign. Very bad people. If Douglas Elliman signs an agreement, it's literally not worth the paper it's written on. Would not hire them to sell a broken toilet. I suspect many of them are druggies.

If you live here, you have to throw out Dj Jazzy Jeff at least once, I feel like...

This house is so upsetting! I spent 10 years hear with all 20 of my 1st tier golden furred pugs and they didnt like it! Unacceptable!

Architecture is my "Art" passion, not paintings. This one literally made me cry. I live an hour south of Houston. I have been through River Oaks countless times. It's like the Louvre for me. Being expensive doesn't give a home class, character or beauty. This is exquisite architecture at it's FINEST!!! PS. If the Good Lord doesn't buy me this one, I want my Mansion in Heaven to look just like this! BUT with colorful, beautiful crepe myrtle and wisteria trees. Simple Beautiful Home. J. De Berry
