Q: Why do we go to so much effort in designing and documenting our work?
A: We don't get problems. We don't get RFIs (barely any). We don't get delays. We don't have missing details leading to contractors or detailers guesses, errors and resulting defects.
It is all designed, documented and shown.
Sure, it's more effort for us, but it makes everything else about the projects we design run quicker and problem free, resulting in high quality industrial developments that benefit all stakeholders and communities at large.
