Hey Linda! I loved your video about the HR routine. Thanks for sharing it with us! I am an HR Assistant in Brazil, and I am currently looking for an international remote job. My English is at an intermediate level, and my degree is a Technologist in HR. In Brazil, we have undergraduate programs that last two to three years, called Technologists, which are focused on the job market. After that, I completed a Postgraduate degree in Strategic People Management. Unfortunately, my degree is not considered equivalent to an undergraduate degree in the UK, US, or Canada, but I’ve noticed some HR Assistant opportunities that don’t require a Bachelor’s degree. If I manage to get a remote job, I plan to enroll in a four-year degree program, like Business, but for now, I don’t have the financial means 😅. Do you have any tips for my situation? Also, what are the software and tools you use for work? I know things are quite different here in Brazil.
