Hi, no, they don't provide a coffeemaker in the room. And we need to ask the reception for a kettle.
@@bertrandlaporte6441 oh that’s sad. Specially to people who didn’t pay for breakfast at hotel or people who likes to bring their own hot coffee in a mug. We are planning to go this December and its cold season. Maybe airbnb is the best option

are you allowed to check in early? I have booked this hotel for our December trip, we will arrive in Hanoi at around 7AM local time
Most hotel when I'm arriving early, I book 1 day prior, without checking if they have the availability of early checking. But you can still check with the hotel for early checking to save some cash.
