side walls on these trailer tires were smooshed down and couldn't get air into them to seat them in the rims.
a co worker showed me this trick to get these tire on the rim and back on the road
#1 . tie down ratchet strap
#2. air blaster tank
#3 . 5 gallon bucket to sit the tire and rim on top of face down on the rim with the  Val stem towards the ground
#4. regular air compressor to add additional air into the tire.
