I am about to purchase the tickets...question do you know if the 3day grandstand choosing the seats against the 3 day ground pass are we actually allowed to visit the same spots as the general access tickets?
I'm sure you already found out if you went to the race last month, but if not, yes, you can sit/stand in any GA area with a 3-day ground pass. I recommend doing just that if you are new to COTA.
Thanks for posting this ! Last time I went was the last race in Indianapolis . I drove to it from Toronto , this time I’m going to have to fly . I’ll check out some “Texas” after the race Sunday . Was parking free? , can you get general admission tickets at the gate ( 3 day ) . Are you allowed to bring in food , beer ? You could in Indianapolis . Thks again !
Can’t bring beer in but food you can, parking is not free you have to pay for it and there is a booth in front for buying the tickets but I recommend buying them online since they will be cheaper especially if you buy them ahead of time if not the prices will go up as well seats being taken
