I understand and empathize with the fact that there are children involved, and I certainly have compassion for them. However, when it comes to illegal migrants, they have made a choice that has led them to their current situation. Often, they bring their children along in an attempt to influence the legal system to be more lenient towards them. Ultimately, the children who accompany their parents are here illegally, and regardless of the sympathy we may feel for them, they too must face the repercussions of this situation. It's indeed tragic for these children, but the illegal migrants must be returned to their home countries because they violated the law by entering this country unlawfully.
