No place to store a mop/broom/vacuum. Would have carried closet all the way to the ceiling and left over the bed. In a space this small, you need all the storage you can get. Shower needs a curtain because water splashes everywhere. Cover the windows with frosted cling window film; offers privacy without blocking the light.

The sound is horrendous! Sorry.

I could live in this it's like an apartment with a yard.

The guest room is the garden shed out back.

Actually for once I don't like the design. I thought I would but there are things that are bugging me. As an Australian, I am used to entertaining in our backyard so nearly every house in Australia has a back porch area for barbecues and the like. I am so used to seeing a front and a back door into a property. If a door got jammed and there was a catastrophe like a fire inside, you could need to find another way out. It's just common sense to have 2 doors. In saying that, I tried to reconfigure it to give you options but too much has to be reconfigured for it to work. I would have put the TV divider wall further toward the front of the house so the double bed could be brought in further and a thin wall could be placed along the back for a little corridor to a back door which would have to be placed where the window is now. I love the kitchen but that fridge is FAR TOO SMALL for two people to be living in that house. It is like a little bar fridge. I would have stuck the overhead cupboard that is to the right of the microwave over on the wall to the right where the bathroom is. The washing machine could go where the little fridge is and a larger fridge could go in that slot instead. There is enough room to put a smaller window to the left of where it is here 5:04 for light into the bedroom. As an alternative, a skylight above the bed would add in a lot of light during the day. The back door could be a barn door type that slides from the outside instead of the inside which would be a bit more roomy. The house could be set forward a little bit on the land so there is more room for entertaining at the back. The door into the bathroom shouldn't be plain glass for privacy reasons. If a guest wanted to use the toilet, closing the door is not going to stop people from seeing through. I would have a solid door myself, but glass is fine if it is frosted. I don't like the tiles. They look like floor tiles actually and the whole small space filled with them makes it look very busy. One wall would have been enough as a feature wall with a soft colour paint on the others like grey or gold to match the colour scheme of the tiles. I don't like baths in small homes. Usually those types of homes are meant for budget conscious elderly, disabled, homeless or teenagers. For the elderly and the disabled it would be more beneficial if it was a normal shower area so they could put in a shower stool. It is a little awkward and slippery to do that in a bath. If you have had leg issues then you know what I am talking about. Even though a fit young couple could buy a house like this as a starter home, they are not going to make something about it if there is only a shower as it would be just a starter home and when they were ready they would move on and have a larger home with a bath. Of course it depends, it could be a single mother with a child and a bath might be just right, but 9x out of 10 it won't be. I love the parquetry tiles on the walls and the front door having a marble look. The colour schemes are spot on. I like the downlights in the ceilings instead of lights dangling down. I think it keeps the area looking neat considering how small the area is. I also like the fact that it is not a 2 storey home. Overall you did a good job.
