Dont call an airstrike just for one enemy. Call an airstrike whenever a group of them is capturing a point. Also you carried to much ammo. Edit: if you dont know the weakspots of the tank(facing front) you could shoot the cheeks of the turret, cupola, lower plate armor, and rarely, Front armor. And get your front armor and side armor to an angle facing the enemy so your armor becomes hard to penetrate, and one more thing. DO NOT SHOW YOUR SIDES. You should always look at the minimap since its gonna be hard to spot enemies if you don't pay attention to it.

I can provide you some tips- 1. Don't carry too much ammo because it can increase your chances of getting ammo racked. keep between 15-25. In some vehicles the numbers can be different 2.Mostly try to use the shell with highest penentration and some amount of explosives. Carry some HE shells (not a lot) as they can be useful in destroying open top or no armoured vehicles but you wont generally use them. On some tanks HE shells have enough explosives to be used as general shells like the Kv-2 3. if you dont know where to shoot to get guaranteed kills from the front you can shoot at the sides of targets as they are not that well armoured 4. Watch some tips and trickes videos and read loading screen tips as they can be helpful
