How much mock crab are you using?
There was no need of moving the camera it breaks the concentration of the speaker.
I love the body language and enthusiasm of the speaker, only rarely people speak so much by heart in front of public.
Thank-for explaining that we want to keep the heavier bean seeds when we winnow seeds. This is exactly the kind of practical hands-on advice I love to learn about, and perhaps can soon practice.
