everything is connected correctly and im getting internet but it keeps saying VPN tunnel failure..when i select details to see why, it says IKE Phase 1 no response. HELP ME PLEASE
Thank you for helping eradicate my headache. I was stressing because I couldn't get internet connection to my phone however, I didn't realize that I had plugged the ethernet cable directly to the phone instead of the extension that has power chord provision. Thank you again.
Hi - do you have some tips or what’s required to configure the Avaya phone on home network. I only have the modem + router at home connected through Spectrum. I want to use the phone for office calls & meetings. Appreciae your input on this. Thanks

@@cydneybennett4506 I got mines to work I had to call my internet service apparently when the internet is going slow the phone doesn’t work
I also switched out the cords
have you ever configured a J179 with VPN connection?
dose it supports for wifi ..?
