@@odiespankers07 what a great day! 👍 cheers bud
OWENNN!
that 3rd table on deviant ... man i always over clear it also.. lol
This is a nice group!
What’s the name of the trail you kept doing over and over at the end?
Ewoks village
@@plantpoweredMTB thanks man nice video
It’s a shame. Really good footage but your mouth is like a sewer. I turned the volume down to see if I could get past the f bombs but every time I turned the volume back up it’s was constant trash. Clean it up and you could have a really good channel.
nice video thanks now thinking of going
Send it! Enjoy and thanks for watching 🙏
keep leveling it up my guy 😎👍
Thank you for tuning in! 🙏
Keep up the good work 😎👍
Thanks for watching!
Thanks for the Ride 😳😁
You're welcome! Thanks for watching 👀
yo haha thats me in the camo shirt against @bentspokesmtb at 12:03 into the video at the dual slalom lol nice video man
Thanks for watching 👀 😅 was an excellent day
@@plantpoweredMTB no problem and yeah man really good day
Dope🔥🔥🔥
LMAO 13:20 agreed hate them. love the split screen at 15:00
Thanks so much for the footage. Came out pretty cool once the clips synced up 😊
Those wooden features scared tf out of me 😅
@@plantpoweredMTB i hit them again with my friend last week he almost landed on me.. we were both like.. yup.. pass lol
I swap the 27.5 rear on my status 160 for a 29" wheel from my yt izzo when I take it on trails with lots of uphill. It's a little less playful on the downs, but everything else is better.
Interesting, I heard the rear tire may rub with a 29er. What is your experience and what is the max tire width on a 29er that could fit on the status frame?
@@plantpoweredMTB I haven't seen evidence of rubbing with a 2.3 maxxis minion dhr 2. HOWEVER, it is very close.
Awesome bike!
Thank you 😊
Viet Vet my PTSD therapy VA MTB!
doo dah doo dah LOL . cushcore on both my wheels oo the doo dah day
Ditto. I will sacrifice the added mass for the rim protection, feel at lower psi, and anti lateral deflection.
@@plantpoweredMTB yeah love cushcore
Where is this bike park?
@@WestVirginiasBigred271 Charlemont, Massachusetts.
how many ticks did you find on you after that?
Zero
I got about half way down Cosmic Charlie and got a pinch flat. Can’t wait to get back out there. Went tubeless since then 🤙🏻
PJ is extremely rough on wheels tires and any other component that may have a weakness. Enjoy the ride
Hlad you enjoyed one of our home spots! Maybe give the camera a slight tilt up, keep finding myself trying to tilt my head back while watching 😂
It tilted down after that hops drop I didn't know it moved until the end of the ride. Thanks for watching!
@plantpoweredMTB had that happen too!
Donde queda ese parque ?
vernon, nueva jersey
What’s your take on a beginner coming up here by themselves with a day pass and renting a bike and gear?
There is something called the downhill experience package where you get a rental bike, gear, lift pass and a 2 hour session with an instructor to get you accustomed to the bike, trails and speed.
@@knowledge4all2be1 I ended up going. I didn’t get the experience package, just a day pass and a rental. My first time down the hill I messed up and didn’t go down an easy trail. I didn’t go down any actual mountain bike trail at all… I think it was a random service road that was very steep and full of rocks. I couldn’t turn and went off into tall grass and hit a ditch, front flipped over and landed on my back. Literally right underneath the lift and everyone saw… it was so embarrassing but I got back up and actually found the beginner trails and had a good rest of the day. Getting over that embarrassing fall was a hard pill to swallow, especially being there by myself haha.
@@dynodyno6970 holy shit lmao! thats why you should always go with someone else who knows whats going on on the mountain. kudos for surviving and getting back up to finish the day <3
Nice terrains there !!!
nice .. how you liking that manitou fork? last manitou i have was a circus dj a few years ago .. And sticky fingers are the most underrated grip in existence.. Love the way they feel i used them also.. Also do a review of the rear shock
Thank you for your feedback and tuning into my bike check. I think the dpx2 from fox was originally tuned too linear and was suggested to be setup at 25 to 30% sag which was drastically too low and too plush to support the forces needed to pedal this burly 35lb frame. The mara pro shock is tuned to be more supportive and progressive due to the large ifp in the small chamber. The mezzer pro fork is lighter than fox's and has the dorado dh internals that are basically 3 chambers: [+/(+/-)] which prevent bottom out and offer ana amazing confident sendy feeling. The fork has saved me on many occasions and I found to be more maneuverable and stable through tough stuff. Will make a video just for the suspension platform soon.
@@plantpoweredMTB I just added a volume spacer to the fox float x on my 160. Seems to help with the linear action of the shock and helps prevent bottoming out. Plan is to go to a x2 like on my dh bike. as for the fork I was running a yari but found it kind of flexy for my style of ridding . i Have a z1 comin in today , video on that later :)
Awesome Edit to show off the trail 🎉
More to come!
Chill send is best send
Thanks fren 💛

By the time I rode it in the afternoon it was trashed haha. Nice rip
Yea this was first tracks on hellion, like 9am
@@plantpoweredMTB I’ll have to upload my GoPro footage. Looks so different haha
damn u slow as fuck
Thanks bud. When it's not your bike, and you got some injuries, maybe things will slow down for you too.
With much power comes much response-ability…
how'd you get John Cena in your video. That's crazy!
Whoooo
It's a two way trail, have fun!
Hey! I was the purple helmet/gray jacket you followed down Hawllywood that day, lmk if you still have that clip!

4:31 is still wet, ha! that's what she said 😅😅😅. Sweet video, man. Happy New Year to you and your family.
😅😅😅😂
Happy new year to you too!
Very cool, Alex.
its going down again feb 3 2024. they have rentals if u wanna try u gotta book it soon
rocks at 29:33 and 29:36 need to be removed..whoever built that section did a horrible job on rock placement
no really its smooth i promise hahahah
@young516_ no one put those rocks there they wash down the mountains in storms and during dry periods with erosion. there are definitely sketchy moments but the trail crew tries their best. it was closing weekend so its gonna be the worst conditions of the year
Album yet to come
Nice build...enjoy!
RIP windy mtb... :(
Awesome video bro 😎
